✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles in the large driveway. There is additional parking available along the fence on either side of the driveway and at the catch-and-release pond near the resort entrance.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the primary bedroom.

✹ PETS: We are a pet-friendly property. Pets are ONLY allowed with pre-approval and an additional fee of $95 per pet per stay.

Other things to note
✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.

✹ We do not offer late checkout or early check-in. If by chance we can accommodate, there may be a $50 charge per hour per request.

✹ 4 wheel drive vehicles are required during the winter season due to snow the road can be slippery.

✹ The property is located in a heavily wooded area. Expect to see wildlife and be exposed to critters & insects. Bug spray is recommended if planning to enjoy the outdoor areas.

✹ The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

✹ Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the cabin. Please book for the correct number of people in your group.

✹ Under no circumstances can we have guests throwing wild parties. Our resort is constantly monitored. Guests will be asked to leave with absolutely no refund.

✹ No smoking or drug of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.

✹ Garbage must be in the bag and inside the trash can.

✹ Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
