This warmly decorated and new remodeled 2 bedroom condominium is located close to the pool/spa area.

The living room has luxurious furniture, a balcony, a 65" flat screen TV with and a DVR and a DVD player. A full bath is located on this downstairs level. The spacious kitchen has a remodeled, modern decor with granite counter tops, new appliances and a balcony.  A second level offers maximum privacy with two fully enclosed bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a 40" flat screen TV and a balcony. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and a 40" flat screen TV. A second full bath is located on this level.

This condominium offers complimentary wireless internet access.The HOA rules do not allow for pets in any of our units. Thank you for following this strictly enforced policy. Shared coin laundry machine facility onsite

Well maintained and close to down town area.

Stay was great. Very close to all the amenities . Kids enjoyed the pool and spa.

Great place close to stores and a 10 min shuttle bus to mammoth resort!

It was super clean and spacious! Perfect for 6 people to stay at. I was last minute looking for a place to stay and this was the one that was most upgraded rental place. Price was reasonable, I would book here again whenever I come back!

2nd Time Here

Have stayed here twice now and overall really happy with the place. Comfortable beds, good shower pressure, and plenty of space for 3-6 adults depending on bed preferences (3 real beds). Easy access to town and a short drive to the hill. Only slight critique - Puzzle of the ski map is missing 5 pieces and the scrabble board is missing a blank.

Sierra Park Villas #82 WORST ,HORRIBLE, PLACE TO STAY AT.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been going to Mammoth on vacation for over 15 years and always stayed at Sierra Park Villas Condos. This time we stayed in condo #82 because the one we usually stay on was not available. WORST PLACE EVER!!! As soon as you walked in it smelled HORRIBLE!When we tried to turn the fan on it was broken!. Unable to open window hammered with rusted wood and spider webs everywhere. The WORST WAS WHEN WE SAW MICE DROPPING THE NEXT DAY AND THE ACTUAL MICE RUNNING AROUND!!!! we actually saw the hole where the mice will run into (THE KITCHEN)....when we reported the problem the management ladies were very nice and apologized and gave us a refund. They said they will look into it because they waned guests to be happy!! NEEEVER STAY IN #82 SIERRA PARK VILLAS!Unable to give it a (0) rate!!!

Nice condo but needs improvement

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The furniture/appliances are nice and looked new, except for the bedroom with 2 beds, which were old and hard. Also the lamp didn't work, the middle dresser drawer didn't work, and the clock couldn't be set. The closet had nice wooden hangers. There was a large selection of DVDS. We were enjoying "Pride & Prejudice" when it froze 3/4 of the way through. We tried it on the upstairs DVD with the same results. We also watched the "Twilight Zone" on the downstairs player, and it also froze then skipped ahead, and then resumed normal play.When we got there, it was freezing -- literally. The upstairs sink and toilet had ice in them. The thermostat was supposed to be set at 50, but it controls only the heat downstairs, but the heat should waft upstairs through the windows in the bedrooms. One bedroom upstairs has its own heater. The other bedroom has a plug-in heater/fan thing that sounds like a buzz saw even when set on low. The upstairs bathroom heater doesn't sound much better. Ironically enough I remember complaining about these heaters several years ago. JoAnna from the rental office was good enough to bring over a couple of normal plug-in heaters. The owner has a note to use the fireplace rather than the heaters, but there was no kindling. We tried cardboard, which would smolder out. Finally, after many tries over 2 hours, the logs caught fire and stayed lit. It took several hours to finally warm up. Until then we were freezing! We even had to sit on pillows from the living room to eat dinner, because the dining room seats were too cold. The rest of our stay we had to use the heaters because the logs were outside covered with snow. If we opened the sliding door to get them, all the snow would have fallen into the living room, and we still would have had no kindling.

Reviewer Comments: very cute and cozy cabin but not clean at all. spider webs everywhere, dirty couches , stained pillows and ...also not safe for children under 5 because of the stairs. the railing on the stairs are not standard and a child can easily go through the railing and fall from the stairs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We often stay at Sierra Park and mammoth is always a nice place to visit (Summer or Winter). The overall property complex took quite a hit last winter and is looking a bit worn down. Our unit was clean but very hot upstairs at night, might be time to get air or at least some good fans.Did not like the new check-in process, never got the final email to access keys so had to run around making calls after a 10 hr drive, that was terrible.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was nicely furnished and had plenty of kitchen untensils, towels, shampoo, etc. The only way to heat the upstairs is by leaving the bedroom window that overlooks the living room open. There was a heat dish in one bedroom, but it made a hideous noise when turned on. The ceiling fan in the upstairs bathroom made an even worse sound. So we could not use either one. The jacuzzi was nice and hot and close by, and the green line shuttle is right on the corner of the property. Also we really had to hunt to find the wifi info. Usually this is included in the paperwork before we get there.

The beds in Unit #82 are very soft, the furniture is old and uncomfortable and many of the dishes in the cupboards were dirty.

Family Ski Trip

This was one of the better properties we've stayed in there in mammoth. Very comfortable, clean with upgraded appliances.

Everything was exceptional minus one thing..

We had a wonderful time and we are thankful for the opportunity to be able to stay in this place. The hot tub is amazing and we definitely enjoyed ourselves. The only drawback is we bought expensive steaks to grill for dinner one night. We got halfway though grilling them and ran out of propane on the grill. I wish someone would have checked the propane level before we checked in. We had the finish the steaks in the oven which wasn’t ideal. Not a huge deal but wish it would have been different. Other than that it was wonderful.
