Beautiful resort surrounded by the Great Smoky Mountain Park
Give your family the gift of quality time in the Great Smoky Mountains. Enjoy owner perks at the resort features admission for up to 14 daily to Wild Bear Falls Waterpark and free unlimited mini golf. Enjoy the heated outdoor pools and hot tubs. There are 2 fire pit areas to enjoy with your family. The Marketplace is where you can purchase Starbucks coffee, snacks, or forgotten items.. Take some time to recharge at Serenity Spa or get in a work out in the fitness center or hike in the mountains. Dine on site at Southern Comfort or at the cafe in Wild Bear Falls.
The resort is centrally located about 3 miles between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There is a trolley that picks up onsite to take you into either town. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg offer endless entertainment and dining options for the whole family.
The accommodations include 3 bedrooms (2 with king beds and 1 with 2 queen beds) and 4 bathrooms(jacuzzi tubs), 3 fully equipped kitchens, plenty of comfortable seating with fold out beds. Enjoy your morning coffee out on the balcony taking in the mountain scenery. This is available for Friday, Saturday(the busiest) and Sunday check in days.
Note this is a timeshare rental, but you don't need to attend any meetings. You get all the perks that I would get as the owner. Reservations are accepted no closer than 60 days out and must be for one full week(7 nights only, provided availability). The resort does require a credit card on file at check in. The person checking in must be at least 25 years old.

I am a Texas transplant from Southern Indiana. I have been married to a wonderful man for over 24 years and am a mother of 2. Since moving to Texas over 10 years ago, we don't get to use our Tennessee property as much as we used to due to the distance. Gatlinburg has added so many new attractions and Pigeon Forge offers much more to do and see as well.

We love the Smoky Mountains and I am sure you will as well. The resort is centrally located between two great towns, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. These towns offer many forms of entertainment for the whole family. The resort has a year round waterpark, mini golf, a zipline, market, restaurant, bar, spa, heated pools, hot tubs, and much more.

As my guest, you will get the same owner perks that I enjoy. There is a owner's dinner and bbq, which have always been delicious. You also get daily water park passes for 14($24.95 per person for daily admission normally) and unlimited mini golf. There is now a bar and restaurant, Southern Comfort, on site.
