The Summit Cabin of Gatlinburg! Here is a beautiful chalet style log cabin with massive ceilings and sunlight filled glass revealing incredible views! The decor is themed for the area and is seasonally updated. Get ready to sink into those luxurious leather furnishings! The kitchen is stocked for a chef! The beds are massive and comfy! The oversized hot tub is relaxing after a day of hiking or shopping! Cozy up to the fireplace for a night of movie watching or enjoy the big game on the massive 75 in TV in the media/game room downstairs!

Important note: Reservation is not complete until Rental Agreement is signed and Drivers License is provided to property owner. Please text a copy of your DL to Gail Conyer, (property owner) at number provided at the time of booking. You will receive an email with the Rental Agreement for your signature.

*****Please note maximum occupancy is 12 and no more than 8 adults and up to the property limit with children/teens******

*****Pets must be pre-approved prior to booking. Send us a message fully describing pet; breed, age, habits etc. I respond very timely. Non approved pets considered a violation resulting in loss of reservation We accept one small to average size hypoallergenic non shedding dog. Must be at least a year old and fully housebroken. Cannot get on furniture or bedding. Cannot be left alone in the cabin unless crated. Do not use cabin towels on pet. Must be up to date on shots and groomed just prior to arrival. $100 pet fee if approved and must mark on reservation or will be added after booking.******

*** Big screen TV's in each of the 4 king size bedrooms! Surveillance system located outside the property for added security.

4 King size beds (2 upstairs and 2 down) make it hard to choose which one to pick! 3 baths and 2 queen sleeper sofas ( please, children and teens only on the sleeper sofas)

60 days cancellation unless we can rebook the cabin, then we are happy to refund. Protect your vacation investment; after Covid, we strongly recommend trip cancellation ins; get CFAR- (cancel for any reason, then read the fine print)

No check in or out on Thanksgiving , Christmas Day or New Years Day

The cabin is just 3 miles from the famous Gatlinburg strip and near the Arts and Crafts Community, an 8 mile trail of more than 100 galleries, studios, and craft shops offering everything from stained glass to pottery.

There are nice restaurants nearby without having to get into the hustle and bustle of heavy traffic. There is a full grocery 5 minutes away. The Greenbriar Entrance of the Smokies, a lesser crowded entrance of the Park is about 3 miles from The Summit. We are approximately 10 miles to Dollywood.*
