Accross the street from the lifts

This condo sits in the perfect location at an affordable rate. The nearest ski lift is just a parking lot away (approx. 200 yards). Old town is also within walking distance, however if you prefer a free shuttle bus comes approximately every half hour for a quick ride downtown. This shuttle is also easy access to outlet malls, Deer Valley Ski Resort, and The Canyons Ski Resort.

In the condo there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed, TV. with cable, and a private bathroom with a full bath. The second bedroom includes two twin size beds, and a TV. with cable. The living room also has a TV. with cable along with a large sofa with can be pulled out into a bed. The condo also includes a small dining area along with a kitchen.

Condo was as described . Comfortable 2 BR, 2 Bath. Kitchen well supplied for cooking in. Location excellent, an easy 10 minute walk to the lifts.Our host Mark was excellent, Responded quickly to questions we had, Check in and out easy.we would stay here again to ski!

Great Place, great experience

Great Spot!

Parents and I had a great time! Close to the hill and an easy walk in to town. Owner communicated everything very well and responded to any questions quickly. Would stay again!

Ski Trip

Mark’s communication was outstanding. We were at Park City for the first time, and he helped us understand the lift situation. If, for some reason, the connecting gondola between Canyon’s and City Village is out of order and you are staying on the other side of the mountain, you have to take a bus, which was terrible. His place is big enough for four adults with everything you need, within walking distance of lifts and the city. For the price, I highly recommend it.

Comfortable and clean condo, Great location.

Another year in the books! Mark is an excellent host. Walking distance to the chairs and to the free bus routes, makes it easy to get around park city. The condo was prefect for us, we were able to snowboard most the day and relax in the hot tub and have dinner together, before a night on the town.thank you Mark

Great location, great property!

Great location just across the street from the lifts, easy access to bus line. Mark was very attentive and made the stay very easy. Highly recommend for a group of skiers or family who enjoys the outdoors.

Great place close to the ski lifts

Great place close to the ski lifts. Location is great, just a few minutes walk to the ski lifts. The pool and hot tub were also great. Please be aware there are 2 entrances to this apartment. The second entrance is in the master bedroom. It can get pretty loud when people walk by in the ski boots or coming back late at night. I got woken up a few times each night. Other than this the place was great.

Cozy and good location, laundry nonfunctional

The pictures give an accurate sense of the property - not a luxury apartment but cozy and comfortable with all the basics. Location is about as good as you can get without actually staying at the base, but the PCMR base is quite large and so are the parking lots. Definitely walkable with gear for fit adults, but would be kind of a haul for kids, elderly, or anyone with a disability. Hot tub is well designed to hold large groups and never got too crowded. The listing does say there is laundry, but it’s not really functional. There’s a single working coin-op washing machine for the whole complex, and someone has laundry running or sitting in the machine 80% of the time. Also there’s no charge machine and it’s $2 per load, so bring a LOT of quarters if you want to try your luck with laundry.

Great place to stay for ski week

The condo was exactly as advertised, clean, easy to check in, great location close to the lifts with plenty of room for a family of four. The kitchen was well stocked but could use a few new pots and pans. The bus stop for the city busses was right outside the door. Hot tub and pool were nice after a day of skiing. Thanks for a great week!

Great Location/Nice condo

Cozy condo very close to the bottom of the lifts (10-15 min in ski boots, depending on how fast you walk). Kitchen pots/pans, utensils, could use some updating/additions. Spa was only open on the weekend (disappointing). Bring your own shampoo/conditioner for shower (not provided). Bring matches/lighter just in case previous guests accidentally turn off pilot to fireplace (happened to us and we had no matches/lighter). Host is super responsive, helpful, and rental was a smooth process.

Park city ski trip

Overall great. Property is less than a 20 minute walk from the resort center. Clean and easy check in and out. Right next to a bus stop and an easy walk to old town. My son-in-law and I had a great trip and this property was perfect.

Great Stay

Perfect for our group ! We didn’t have a car but it didn’t matter . Everything was within easy walking distance . Only disappointment was that the pool wasn’t open ! Would highly recommend . Communication was definitely top notch !

Easy walk to First Time Lift

parking easy and close. Few stairs to unit. Kitchen stuff (flatware) and pots need updating. Close to bus stop. Great for skiers.

Great value / perfect location

This is a simple condo with great amenities in a perfect location. Easily walkable to the main base area / lifts and also close enough to Main Street to walk if you enjoy walking. The shared hot tub and pool are great… we met friendly people there each of the five times we went.

Incredible location and friendly condo community

Mark was super responsive and helpful, including going out of his way to facilitate an early check-in. When there was noise from a neighbor he was quick in following up to address it. The pool and communal area was AWESOME for the kids to play in. And the location can't be beat. We could walk to ski lessons in 5 min. And the bus went by every few min if we wanted a ride. You are right in the midst of things - parking lot right outside the window, very busy street. And if anyone is on the patio or in the unit next door you will hear it in the bedroom. Overall great location and comfortable place and very responsive host!

Just right!

So easy to get to the slopes! So easy to hop the bus to Main Street or the Fresh Market. Quiet! We very much enjoyed our stay at the condo!

LOCATION can’t be beat!! Awesome property owner!

Loved this place and Mark is a super responsive property owner! Very comfortable for a family of 4 and the location is incredible! Walk to mountain and bus stops right at the door for trips into town. Only reason I am not giving it 5 stars across the board is because we rent a condo so that we can do some meals at home. The kitchen appliances are fabulous but it could use an upgrade of flatware, utensils and, pots/pans. Location is also super quiet, which is a plus. Can’t wait to return!!😊👍
