Spend your tropical vacation relaxing in this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, beach view condo. #330B offers a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, TV in living room and master bedroom. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms, kitchen and lanai. Enjoy the tropical sea breeze from your own private screened in lanai. When you are ready to venture outside of your beautiful condo, head down the elevators and take a short walk to the beach. Enjoy basking in the sun, shelling, swimming, walking, and watching breathtaking sunsets from the stunning beach. Cool off at Island Beach Club's large heated pool located in the middle of the court yard. Island Beach Club is conveniently located, close to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Pets may be allowed with owner's approval first.
This unit is also equipped with the latest key-less entry "smart-lock" technology! This new key-less smart lock feature will offer the option (upon request) to proceed directly to the property without the need to check-in out our office.
