This tranquil waterfront property allows for you to experience the North Georgia Mountains to the fullest, and is a mini-resort in its own right. "Whitewater Whispers" features an idyllic creek winding throughout the estate with large shoals that can be heard from the home, private walking trails with multiple swimming areas, and a beautifully landscaped yard with a fire pit. The interior has been thoughtfully designed with every guest in mind and is ADA accessible. The house features a heated indoor pool, spacious great room with a piano, a fully-loaded kitchen, two large bedrooms with Tempurpedic mattresses, and two full bathrooms with one featuring a walk-in rainfall shower. In addition, enjoy an oversized 2 vehicle garage, multiple decks, and even a backup automatic generator just in case. There is an outdoor security camera on the garage overlooking the driveway and parking area. "Whitewater Whispers" is truly a rare find in the area that we hope you can experience!

The location is perfect. You are just within miles of everything. The pool was fabulous everything very clean we loved the screened in porch!!! The BEST girls trip ever.

Beautiful and private property close to amenities. We felt very comfortable and at home in the midst of this wooded property. Even though the property sits a bit off the road, you are not far from restaurants and stores. The residence was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There was no hesitation in communication with the family. We would definitely stay again.

10 out of 10 would recommend! This was hands down the best trip I’ve had in a long time. You’re able to relax and enjoy family time without having to leave. There’s so much to do on the property with the creek, fire pit, and covered porches, and our grandson loved the pool! The house was cozy and you can tell the owners go the extra mile to make it comfortable for guests. It’s secluded, but if you need something, stores are just minutes away. We will definitely be coming back!

Our family had such a wonderful time here. The pool was great and the house was so clean and had everything you needed. Jason was very easy to communicate with and check-in and out were a breeze. I have already recommended this place to family members.

Came to North Georgia for my daughter's college graduation. Start to finish, Jason was communicative and responded to any texts I sent.The house and property were amazing. When coming to visit my daughter and son in law in the future, I will never stay anywhere else. Highly recommend.

We just spent a week at this beautiful home. This was a girls trip - 3 ladies in our 60s. Home looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean We let Jason know when we checked in. He touched base several times during the week to see if we needed anything. The 1st evening we lost power for about 4/5 hours. The whole house generator kicked right in and kept the house very comfortable. What a nice added amenity. And what can I say about that wonderful screened porch. We started our days with coffee and ended them with wine. You could hear the creek from the porch. We even had 4 deer in the yard over several days. We enjoyed walking down to the creek and relaxing in the pool. We visited several wineries: Dahlonega, Yonah, Cavendar Creek, Serenity, Doghobble (at the Dillard house) and I’m sure I’m forgetting some. We ate at Fenders Diner, Cottage house, AJs Pizza and Midtown Grille. And a few more places near the house. Everything was so good. And we made a trip to The Dillard House. We alternate our girls trips between beach, cruise or mountains. We’ve already decided we are coming back again next fall. Jason we will definitely be coming back to your beautiful home.

Fantastic Retreat! Cannot say enough!

Wonderful and amazing was clean and pleasant very accommodating! The pool was awesome for the little ones and we all enjoyed the easy location with amazing views of the river/creek! Great for families.

This property is amazing. I loved how minimalistic and peaceful it is. Very clean and spacious. It was perfect for our mini vacay and for sure we hope to return in the near future. Top notch location and place

Our families loved this place. Owners have taken pride in the place and ensured it has everything you need. Pool was really great after a long and the ability to up the temp was an added bonus. We really enjoyed the rushing water on property and would have no issue returning.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is clean, spacious and well maintained, and the grounds are stunning. Our children had fun exploring and playing on the rocks in the creek, and the indoor pool/hot tub was perfect in the evenings and during an afternoon rain shower. We highly recommend and hope to return.

This was a really great vacation that ended way too soon. This is our first time at this property and we loved it. We love the layout of the house and the screened in porch with the sound of the stream flowing by is an amazing experience. We enjoyed staying here so much that we did very little sightseeing. Jason is a great host and was very attentive to any needs that we had. I sent him messages several times and he was always quick to respond. Thank you, Jason. If you like a beautiful, peaceful, secluded location that is away from the main stream you will surely enjoy this as much as we did.

Best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in.

The pictures of this property do not do it justice. Amazing. Cleanliness is above and beyond. Comfortable beds. Super secluded. Easy to find. Will definitely be stay again!
