A101 is an air conditioned* condo right at the corner on the ground floor and provides quick access to the pool, tennis and park at Luana Kai as well as the ocean. A101 is tiled with cool earth tone tiles, tasteful prints and a mirror over the couch. It has a modest library for lounge reading. The kitchen and bathroom are updated with glass shower, granite back-splashes and modern cabinets. This condo asks you to relax and feel the ocean breeze.
Ocean breezes beckon you across the bright green of a giant grass park and the deep blue of the Pacific. Beckon you to royal sunsets of pink, red, purple, blue, orange, and gold. They are right outside your large glass door lanai. Come set outside and maybe see a whale, local birds, wind topped waves and a variety of ocean sports. Feels like home? Well maybe so, if home is in paradise. Come enjoy our Maui vacation rentals at Luana Kai.

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago. I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here. I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY. I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now. Such a delight.
