B105 is an air conditioned, fully furnished, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, garden view condo with a king size bed. It is fully furnished. B105 has plush carpet in the bedroom and carpet and tile throughout. It is a very short walk to the pool from the lanai. This accommodation is well lit, spacious, cool and comfortable with quick access to the parking area.
Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago. I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here. I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY. I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now. Such a delight.
I am happy to say most of my employees have been here for 10 plus years. We are on site in the front office and can take care of you. We are a happy bunch and look forward to welcoming you to our Luana Kai home.
