Fully remodeled in February 2020, this bright, beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront property in Hale Kai O Kihei unit 213 welcomes you! This second floor condo is luxurious and comfortable and includes a brand new, top of the line split air conditioning unit. The location and proximity to the beach cannot be beat! Enjoy views of the ocean, whale watch, and enjoy the sunrise and sunset right from the private, second-story lanai. Lanai is equipped with custom, electric, sunshade and newly installed glass sliding doors. Just a mere 60 feet outside the unit you will find yourself on a beautiful, serene beach. Parking is free on property for your convenience.
Our beach is very secluded and private. There are no public facilities here (bathrooms, showers, parking lots, etc.) which keeps the crowds located at other beaches. The water is shallow for a very long time until you reach the reef. You can wade with turtles or bask in the sunshine! Beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs provided.
After a day at the beach you will enjoy the custom designed bedroom complete with a king bed. Leave the barn door open to hear the ocean or close it for privacy. The fully stocked kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar. Not a detail has been overlooked! The living area includes a memory-foam, comfortable pull-out sofa facing your 50” Smart TV.
A block away are many walkable convenient amenities including numerous restaurants, as well as retail shopping, and a full service grocery store.

No complaints, just praise. Beautiful condo, beautiful view with easy walk to the beach, and located just a couple blocks from restaurants and shops. We’ll choose this one again next time we’re visiting our daughter in Kīhei.

This oceanfront condo in Kihei is a gem! The view from the balcony was amazing, and the location was convenient not only to the beach right in front, but also to many shops and restaurants. The space was immaculate - and I have high standards. Nice A/C units, comfortable bed, stocked kitchen, beach chairs and towels - what more could you ask for? Probably the cleanest property rental I have ever stayed in. Walking along the secluded, adjacent beach is somewhat limited as you run out of sand eventually, but we drove a short 5-10 minutes to larger beaches a few times. If you want a beautifully renovated space with amazing sunset views over the ocean, this is it!

Choosing this property for our home away from home during our visit to Maui was the best decision of our entire Hawaiian voyage thus far. Immaculate rooms, great amenities, and unbeatable proximity to the ocean. We listened to the waves crash every morning and night, and had easy access to everything Maui has to offer during the day. I did not want to leave this place!* Pro tip: This complex also has easy access to laundry in the breezeway for just a few bucks, so don't let in-room units sway you to another property!

This was the best place to stay! So comfortable, everything you would need right on the beach! (Even a packable cooler to take a lunch on the road to Hana!)Central location, great host! We'll be back!

Very convenient location and amazing view! The pictures don’t do it justice. AC units were there but not needed due to the great ocean breeze at night. Joe was amazingly response and accommodating. Hoping to come back sooner than later.

The host was very responsive to questions and any need we may have had. Great location with a nice balcony and private area and views/access to the beach.

The location (right on the beach) was excellent and the condo was extremely clean. We found the bed to be comfortable (foam mattress) after my husband’s back surgery. Joe also made sure we had a couple extra pillows due to post surgery needs.

We were here exactly during a huge Kona Low storm. It rained with gale force winds for days and flooded the entire area. This was a great place to be stuck! We didn’t see sunsets, but would have if not for the storm. We did see whales from our lanai and turtles on the beach.

Nice place to stay. Beach 100 yards from property and the views were great. The property was nicely updated and have everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!
