Located in the Gorgeous Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort, this villa in Admirals Row is a top floor end unit affording wonderful cross breezes while watching the sunset. The resort includes 2 onsite pools, 2 bars/restaurants, sand volleyball court with access to 9 fully lighted tennis courts, 2 Pickle ball courts and on-site bike rentals. Our villa has a fully equipped kitchen including ice machine, coffee pot, Features a large Private open air balcony patio with great ocean view —Living room with surround sound Unit including DVD player and hi-speed WIFI. comfortable sleeper sofa and double reclining sofa. Unit also includes beach chairs, umbrella, 2 boogie boards and beach wagon. There is Mini-Golf located minutes from unit next to Carrabba’s Italian grill.

We have been coming to HHI, specifically Admirals Row for 7 years now. As our kids are grow, the need for an upgraded larger space also becomes needed. This condo was perfect for our small family and had all the amenities needed. We enjoy cooking while on vacation, and we had all that was needed!

This gorgeous place was an amazing get away!! Very clean and welcoming place!! The pictures are very accurate!! Great view of the ocean on the balcony perfect for morning coffee or just talking to friends!!!

Great condo for our weekend beach trip.

Enjoyed our stay. Great location, comfortable and clean condo with everything we needed for a great family weekend at the beach. Enjoyed the view of the ocean and pool from the large balcony. We even saw three deer by the park accross the fence.

Great Place

Relaxing stay

Great location. Has a full kitchen which is nice for a longer stay. Balcony is lovely, great view and I could even hear the waves. It was pretty quiet around the complex our entire stay. The pool was very clean and the beach was a short walk away.

Comfortable and convenient place to vacation

My husband and I spent 4 days at the property for a fall vacation - the condo was great. Very furnished kitchen, comfortable beds, and a short walk to the boardwalk to ocean / beach access. Any communication we had with the owners was clear and timely - they were wonderful when we had questions before and during our stay.

Great location!

The condo is a short walk from the beach and pool. Our family enjoyed the comfortable beds and quiet top floor unit. The host was amazing and accommodating when we had an emergency pop up.

We decided last year that we wanted to invest here so we can have freedom to come and stay but also share our love for the beach with others.. We see ourselves retiring down here in the future.! We hope you will love our home away from home just as much.
