Unit 102 is an amazing oceanfront condo with spectacular ocean views. Take a few steps down the private balcony stairs and you're on the beach!

This beautiful villa features two spacious bedrooms and two full baths. The open kitchen/dining area offers bar seating for three, as well as a dining table for six. A fully equipped kitchen, full size washer/dryer and complementary wireless internet access & long distance add comfort and convenience of your home away from home.

The newly tiled living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, along with a love seat and swivel chair, flat screen 40” HDTV, VCR and DVD player, as well as a stereo and IPod player. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath with large glass shower, mounted 32” flat screen HDTV and access to the private oceanfront balcony. The guest bedroom features two full beds & a mounted 32” HDTV with private access to the main bath.

Enjoy a view of the ocean by day and the stars by night from the fabulous private balcony, containing a glass table with seating for four, along with two lounge chairs. This villa is the ideal location for a vacation to Hilton Head.

Condo was nice. Heat and humidity was oppressive. AC couldn't keep up, but when you come in from 100 (feels like), 79 feels good. Unit was well equipped. Would stay again.

Perfect getaway!

Perfect walk to the beach from the back porch..less than 5 minutes for your toes hit the sand! Great location!

Great location!

Great condo - loved having coffee on the porch every morning looking out to the ocean and being steps away from the sand. Property was well maintained including the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Sea Cloister 102 absolutely awesome!!

My family had a wonderful week!! Your condo was very comfortable and had everything we could have needed to cook with!! We loved the location and the easy access off the back porch. Lots to do very close by, great restaurants and shopping !! We will definately visit again!!

Excellent Beach Vacation Rental

This was our first year staying at the location, but our 4th visit to HHI and this property was fantastic. The owners were great with communication. The property is well cared for, very clean, spacious and up to date. Very quiet unit despite the neighboring units also having kids. The ocean view from the deck was beautiful, very close proximity to the beach. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting. Looking forward to returning.

Winter stay at Hilton Head

We were very happy with our stay. Our host Steve was gracious. Other than a minor snafu with the door code which Steve fixed right away, all was well. Kitchen was well stocked, the apartment was clean and well equipped. The views out of the patio and the super easy access to the beach was fantastic. Truly a wonderful experience I would highly recommend to everyone.

Quiet getaway on the beach..

There really aren't words to describe how nice of a stay we had at Sea Cloisters! The rental had everything you could need to cook, which we did often. It has. Even we'll kept. It is centrally located on the island and close to many amenities like restaurants, grocery stores and activities like mini golf, etc. This rental does not disappoint! Excellent location to the beach and great view from the balcony where we had many meals. And the master bath shower was amazing! I would recvomend this rental to anyone and we plan to stay here again in the future!

Great Family Place!

Our family of 5 loved this condo! It was a perfect fit having the 2 beds in the second bedroom! The condo had everything we could have wanted and was extremely comfortable! We had breakfast every morning on the deck and could usually spot dolphins! It was truly a hop, skip, and jump from the beach which was important to us! Our family made memories we will never forget. Not a day had gone by the kids have not begged us to go back! We hope to stay in this rental again! Nick and Paula were wonderful to work with during the entire process. Rent this unit, you won't regret it!

Time to Head to Hilton Head!

This ocean front condo in beautiful Hilton Head Island is a true gem. I've stayed in this particular condo two times and it has surpassed my expectations both times. The condo is very comfortable and the view from the balcony is reason enough to visit. I visited with some girlfriends for the Memorial Day weekend and had a wonderfully relaxing experience. We sat on the deck that Friday after work and enjoyed a delicious meal, sensational wine, an amazing sunset, and of course plenty of good conversation. The next day we hung out by the pool (which is conveniently located in the complex close by) and spent some time on the beach. The pool and beach are both selling points in their own right and offer you the opportunity to have the best of both worlds. That evening we went out to dinner at a local restaurant and enjoyed a few of the bars in the area. Then on Sunday we sipped coffee on the balcony and visited both the pool and beach again. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to get away for a quick weekend, a week long vacation, or even an extended stay at the beach. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is easy to navigate, the location is great, and the view is breathtaking. So pack your bags now and head to the Cloister. I guarantee you'll have a wonderful time.

Perfection!

My family and I had a wonderful time on our spur of the moment long weekend at the beach! The condo was absolutely perfect. We arrived late at night and the surroundings were so dark. We entered the condo and immediately I heard the sound of the ocean!!! My girls ran to the balcony and were so excited! Every night we turned off the AC and opened the doors. Between the sound of the ocean, the cool breeze, and the super comfortable beds, I had the best night's sleep in such a long time! It took me a while to fall asleep when we got home because I got so used to the sound of the ocean. The condo was clean and very well-maintained. It is an older condo complex, but has been very well taken care of. The owners are very nice and extremely welcoming! I actually thought the condo was nicer in person than in the pictures! We spent most of our time at the beach. My youngest loves sandboxes, so you can imagine her excitement (and the child covered head to toe in sand!) when she saw the beach! It was the world's largest sandbox! Having stairs from the balcony to the grassy area was wonderful. We were able to keep the sandy stuff out there and not have it all in the condo. My girls loved the pool. It was nice for them to be able to jump in after being out at the beach! One night, we stayed in and had a family movie night. We played games, climbed a lighthouse, and went on a sunset dolphin cruise. With our family's crazy fall schedule, we needed this time to step back and reconnect as a family. This was the perfect trip! Thank you for your hospitality! Your condo listing will remain in my favorites list!

Absolutely Perfect!

Husband and I stayed with our 2 young adult/older teen daughters. We loved this property. It was on the first floor with a balcony with steps to the yard leading to the beach access. Beach access was a very close walk from the condo. The condo itself was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to make meals in the condo. The kids' room was separated from the master bedroom, by the kitchen and living room, which was a plus. The couches in the living room were comfortable and looked out onto a view of the beach and opened onto the balcony. The balcony was perfect for coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening. This lovely condo with close beach and pool access combined with no elevator wait made this the perfect place to stay.

Very well kept property. Beautiful view of the ocean with quick and easy access by foot. The pool area is amazing and the property area was quiet and serene. The perfect place to unwind and enjoy the ocean.

Loved it!

We had a great time. So relaxing and sea oats is quiet and peaceful yet so close to everything! We have been going to Hilton Head for almost 8 years. This is our first stay at sea oats. Best family trip yet. The owners and staff were very accommodating. We will be back.

Wonderful condo!!!

The condo was all we hoped for and more. Very well appointed, perfect location on the beach, clean, and the owners were super helpful. Thoughtful little touches like beach towels and local info were nice. Only hitch was getting the gate to work, but we got that ironed out. We were there for a family reunion; this unit was for my in-laws who had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. There was plenty of seating for our get-togethers. We would definitely consider this unit again in the future.

Nice location, Condo not clean

My family and I recently stayed at this property in Sea Cloisters and we really enjoyed the location. The owners, Nick and Paul, seem like very nice people and were great with communication. However, the condo was not clean. Housekeeping had come before our stay... the beds were made and fresh towels were out. So it wasn't that they hadn't even come. The worst was a pair of used contacts that was stuck to the glass top on the nightstand by the master bed. Clearly the nightstand hadn't been looked at or wiped off at all. The kitchen counters and table were dirty, and the cupboards were full of crumbs. The linens on the master bed were thread bare in spots and were too small for the bed. The fitted sheet slipped off the top corners of the bed multiple times a night. The master shower was moldy and the second shower had a large wad of hair in the drain when we arrived and a scummy shower curtain. Overall, the condo was dusty and had a pile of dust bunnies on the floor in the main living area. We have stayed at several HomeAway rentals and this was the first time we've ever encountered a dirty rental. Now, all of this can be fixed... there is nothing inherently wrong with this rental. And the many positive reviews before mine show that it is not always this way. But, it also shows how poor the current housekeeping is. Also, to be completely fair, we did not reach out to Nick and Paula while at the condo. We arrived late at night and knew nothing could be done that night. The next day was Sunday and we didn't want to spoil our vacation by having a housekeeping crew in the unit (the same crew that didn't properly clean it the first time). So we cleaned up what we needed to ourselves and got on the beautiful beach.

Beautiful ocean views, easy access to the beach, and everything we needed!

This condo was perfect for our family of 6! Just steps from the beach and with an area to rinse off right off the boardwalk, our days on the beach were easy, relaxing, and enjoyable. We got up a couple mornings to enjoy the gorgeous sunrises on the beach. The location was perfect, we could not have asked for a better place to visit for our kids’ first trip to the ocean. We hope to come back again! Truly a vacation to remember and a location that could not have been better!

Perfect!

The property was wonderful. As soon as we walked in we couldn't resist the amazing ocean view! The condo had all of the things we needed to be comfortable with 2 kids with the ability to cook! The short trek to the beach and pool made our days easy and fun. And great access to bike paths. Would definitely stay here again if we get back to HHI!

GO FOR THE VIEW! (Plenty more to enjoy though!)

This condo is absolutely FRONT and CENTER to a beautiful ocean view! You're probably fifty yards from the actual sand and you have a full, unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean from the deck. Not only that but there really isn't a spot that you can stand inside the condo and not see the ocean. Building is laid out wonderfully though so you have a great deal of privacy from your deck which I find is rare with this kind of view. Condo was as clean as something can get and well equipped for any cooking you might want to do. Deck has steps down to a wonderful secluded grassy area where my small children loved to go and play (safely) on their own. They list a grill as an amenity and technically there are a couple of park type charcoal grills for public use which was fine for this trip but sometimes I like to plan large meals for holidays so I would have been disappointed had I been counting on the grill being more than that. Pool area was great with plenty of chairs and room to spread out. Walk from condo to ocean was about two minutes and very simple, pool was about a one minute walk. Definitely my new favorite spot to stay on an island I've been frequenting for ten years!

Location, location, location. The view from this property is amazing. We have enjoyed countless meals on the ocean front patio. It is located on the widest beach on the island. We sought out a first floor unit because of the added convenience... it's the only floor that offers private stairs from the balcony. No need to deal with elevators & you will not believe the view that comes along with it!
