Had problems with the swim spa dirty for a day but had someone out as soon as possible to drain and clean. Cabin was great, comfortable and perfect for our vacation

Everything g was clean and the property was well maintained. We did have a few bears that kept on coming around during the saty and it was hard to enjoy the outside. But overall it was a nice vacation.

We had a great family time! Unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub and lap pool due to momma bear hanging around. We had five young kiddos so didn’t want to risk it. Not the cabin owners fault just part of being in nature. We enjoyed seeing the bear but, didn’t want to hang out with her. Kids loved the games and movie room! Plenty of room for everyone!

Clean, cozy, comfortable!

Really beautiful property, everything was clean, cozy and comfortable for us all. Beautiful views and the water feature by the back patio is a great plus. The best was when the bear came by to say hello!

New Years Eve Fireworks

We had a wonderful stay for New Years 2024 - we were able to see the fireworks and drone show in downtown Gatlinburg. Wonderful location and views!

From the beginning to the end everything was wonderful. The cabin is in a perfect location and all the amenities, game room, hot tub, fire pit, waterfall in the back yard. When I return again I hope this property will be available. We were so close to Ober Mountain for my granddaughter's birthday, she went skiing and snowboarding. This property is an A. My family loved everything about it. Thank you all so much Happy holidays!

Gatlinburg Family Fun

The views from the deck, fire pit and hot tub is absolutely the best! We have a large family and only wish the living room area had more seating. We had plenty of seating in the dining area.

We even had a bear experience with one coming right up to the door one evening (which was quite the scare when you’re not expecting it) and then trying to open one of our car doors!

Great Spot for a family reunion!

Great location, large home in quiet area. Gatlinburg just a short drive, very easy to get to Pigeon Forge. Love that every room had their own bathroom! Awesome for 12 adults:). Some of features could use some maintenance, the skirting and covers for pool/spa have seen better days and the stream was not operating. Didn’t stop us from enjoying the place. If you like bears, plenty to see and never a threat. Very nice place!

AMAZING

OMG!!! We absolutely LOVED our stay!!!! The cabin was spacious and beautiful with all the amenities we needed. We even got to see a mama bear and her 3 cubs. This experience was unforgettable and has everyone ready to plan a return trip. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️:Five Stars is an understatement, we will definitely be back. Thank you so much!!

The house was spacious, clean and the staff was quick to respond to any questions or needs. This is our second time staying in this home and the house was in as good condition as it was last year. Fall Break to Remember!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We traveled down this fall break with 12 adults and 10 kids. We had the absolute best time! We didn’t even leave the cabin for a whole day because there was so much to keep the kids occupied they didn’t want to go anywhere else. The home offers very spacious bedrooms each with a private bathroom. The theatre and game room was amazing for all of our kids, they expect it every vacation from now on. The house was very easily accessible and was in a great location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. I have sent this house to several friends and we absolutely plan to return in the future!!
