BRAND NEW LUXURY CABIN: INDOOR HTD. POOL, THEATER ROOM & 50 MILE RANGE MTN VIEWS

Thank you so much for your five-star review! We're delighted you enjoyed the cabin and that the kids had such a great time! We intentionally keep our indoor pools at a maximum depth of 4 feet with the safety and enjoyment of guests of all ages in mind. Our goal is to provide a fun, family-friendly swimming experience while prioritizing safety and following applicable Tennessee pool safety regulations. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope to welcome your family back again soon!

Thank you so much for your review and for your kind words about our home, the beautiful mountain views, and our communication! We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay and would recommend the property. We were surprised to hear about the hot-water issue, as this is the first report we have received of this problem, and we wish we had known about it during your stay so we could have addressed it immediately. The home is served by a deep, professionally filtered well with excellent pressure. With a home of this size, it is possible that unusually heavy simultaneous water usage—such as multiple showers along with appliances—could temporarily affect the system, but we will certainly have everything checked to ensure it is operating properly. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the mattresses. They are only two years old and in very good condition, although we understand that mattress firmness and comfort can be very subjective from one guest to another. Thank you again for staying with us and for recommending our home. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back to the Smoky Mountains!

Thank you for staying with us. We would like to know more about the beds. What do you mean by "not even or too hard"? The bed frame? The mattresses? The beds and mattresses are less than 2 years old. If you could message us with more information, that would be great! Thank you!
