Summer Joy is booking for 2023
Spacious 4 bedroom house with 3 full baths, sleeps 10 easily. Located in a desirable quiet area and in a cul-de-sac. The house number is 6016 and has a straight shot to the beach. Huge deck on 1st level with lots of room to relax. All new outdoor poly furniture coming in May. Outdoor gas grill is also on the first level for convenience and steps from the kitchen. Also has an entertainment area under the house with a sectional, tv, and swings. Outside shower to rinse off from your sandy days at the beach. 🏝
There are four Queen beds and a pull out sleeper sofa (full bed). All bedrooms have new mattresses and are equipped with smart TVs. Loft area with a TV is a great second living room for kids to unwind. The kitchen is also newly remodeled with granite, new kitchen table, and bar stools.
WiFi and complimentary golf cart are included. Lots of room for parking. 12 guest max. No Pets. Must be 25 to rent.

We are local South Carolinians and live in the upstate. We both were born and raised in Rock Hill, SC and still live here today. Most of our family is still local as well. We have been married for over 20 years and have one son. Our son will going off to college in 2021. We are truly excited to share our beach home with you.

We have enjoyed Ocean Lakes for 25 plus years with our family and finally decided to purchase a home last year in 2020. My parents started taking us to Ocean Lakes in my teenage years and we loved it. While we were looking for a home, we loved the open concept of 6016. Not afraid of a few projects, we knew we could come in and make it our home. We have done so much to the home since purchasing it last year and the most recent was a kitchen remodel. We love Ocean Lakes and our home! :)
