This Bridgepoint condominium is situated in a quiet neighborhood just 5 blocks from the center of Ketchum and 1/4 mile from the Bald Mountain River Run lifts and gondola. It is very close to the Big Wood River trail system that in the summer is used for walking/biking and in winter for cross country skiing or snow shoeing. Ketchum's free Kart bus stops only feet away from this complex taking you to the ski lifts and town on a frequent schedule. The year round hot tub is great after a long day of skiing, hiking or biking.

The condo was fully remodeled in 2022 and 2023. It is very comfortable and furnished with a new 55" smart TV, cozy, clean furniture, new appliances, and a fully remodeled kitchen. Both bathrooms received new granite countertops, new sinks and faucets. We also installed new high grade carpet and pad throughout the living room and both bedrooms. The mattresses are high quality and nearly new, as are the linens and pillows. Master bedroom includes mission style bed, HD television, DVD and Play Station. Master bath has large shower, tub and double sinks. Guest bedroom has unique queen over queen log bunks. Guest bath has large shower and tub. Plush towels in both. Fully equipped modern kitchen. New LVP floors. High ceilings. Living room has large sectional, down cushioned chairs, ample lighting and a gas-ignited river rock fireplace. Large windows boast views to the east, west and north including Sun Valley's own Bald Mountain. Small private deck and fenced yard include chairs and BBQ.

Our condo has been meticulously cared for, kept tidy and clean and is much more comfortable and modern than most two bedroom units. It is a main floor, end unit with windows and views from three sides (no stairs). Please feel free to contact us any time with your questions or comments. Secure high speed WIFI included.

Great location and experience

This place has a great location and is well-appointed as a unit. As described. Great towels and easy parking. fully stockedThe owners use the condo regularly, so their goods are in all the closets and drawers, fridge, etc., so there were some limits on space in those places. If you are looking for a vacant unit that isn't lived in, this is not the place. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

Wonderful stay

The condo is cozy but has all you need and is within walking distance to town. It was wonderful to have a nice space for a longer stay in Ketchum. Highly recommend.

Even more than I expected!

Beautiful, comfortable, & well-stocked. Wished K-cup would have worked after I purchased Decaf Starbucks—had to go with instant decaf. Clean with wonderful bath towels & extremely comfortable beds! The owner always responded before & during my stay. Definitely a do-again!

delightful stay in well decorated condo close to town

The condo is spacious, well laid out, very clean. It is a close walk to town, and has a view of the Baldy on a quiet street, convenient to everything. I would definitely rent this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo again. Thank you.

Great condo!

We had a great time in this fully equipped condo! The owners were very helpful and sent us all the info we needed for great restaurants and places to visit. The condo was 7 minutes walk to the slopes and very clean. We loved that it was close to both the slopes and Ketchum. We will definitely be back!

Great place and amazing location!

We loved our stay at this location. The condo is very nice and conveniently located. We were able to walk to town and the mountain each day. There was plenty of space for 4 adults working from home at the large dining table. The hosts were very accommodating and even let us check in early Saturday so we could ski without having to worry about our bags! Would definitely recommend this place!

week long business trip

The owners were great in communication and also beyond accommodating my schedule change. The condo was much nicer than it appears in photos too. The pillows and bed were very comfortable. Water pressure and temperature were good. It is walkable to and from the town center but a little further walk than previous stays. If I had my little kids the walk would have been too long but I enjoyed it and walked daily for dinner. One minor thing to mention; the master bedroom is next to the road which is still out of the main town area and quiet but if you're trying to sleep in one day and not be up and out on an adventure the traffic can be heard. It was not an issue but the queen bunk room would be more quiet. Maybe they could add heavier curtains over the blinds which will help dampen the sound? The outdoor area is completely private and nice in the afternoon. The hot tub is also quiet and not busy so there were times I would be the only one in there. The overall condo complex is quiet and cleaned and I couldn't hear any neighbors. I would definitely stay again!

Great condo and location

Condo is beautifully furnished and maintained, furniture and beds are very comfortable. Appreciated the pantry supplies, bottle of wine, etc. Plenty of linens and towels, all of very nice quality. We biked into town for dinner; hiking and biking trails were close by. Would highly recommend.

Very comfortable home with excellent access to town and mountain.

Downtown Ketchum is a 10 min walk and the shuttle to the mountain, which comes every 30 min, is about 150 feet away and 2 stops. Door to mountain is less than 5 min. The home itself is very comfortable for a family of four.

Nice layout, convenient location...

Was in Ketchum for a bicycling event, with family. The event started and finished in downtown Ketchum, and the property is a nice walk from downtown. It's also easy to get to a park and a ski hill, that has trails for hiking and trail running. The property has two bathrooms for the two bedrooms, and a comfortable living room adjacent to the dining area and kitchen. There is a nice little patio outside, that was a great place to relax on unusually hot afternoons. Everything was in working order. Recommended.

Loved this condo. Such great personal touches in the decor. Super comfotable living room to hang out in. Beds and linens were the best ! Only negative was the outside space. Not really nice to sit since dusty deck and unkempt (dead bushes/uncut grass). These are easy fixes and then it would be perfect. Great location to town and River Run. We highly recommend this home. Out teenage girls loved th queen bunk beds!!!
