Enjoy The Crystal Villas A1 in beautiful Destin. This 1 bedroom, 1. 5 bath unit located on the 1st floor, offers fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit has 1 King, 2 Bunk Beds, 1 Queen Sofa Bed and sleeps 6. With 2 TVs, 1 DVD player, and CD stereo system, you will enjoy all the comforts of home. This ground floor unit offers a private patio facing the beach, washer and dryer in the unit, and internet access. NOTE: This property does not have an elevator.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Exactly what Was Needed

Unit smelled spectacularly clean as front door opened, care taken even in utensils in kitchen drawers, had all we needed, comfy couches, bed, and patio furniture overlooking the reason we come!

The view and location are great! Close to beach . The info with arrival and codes all were timely and worked well. Have stayed here last year as well. More issues this year . Not extreme but needs attended !

air vents dust and dirt all over, floor tile grout nasty, comfortable king bed.

The air vents in the ceiling are full of dust (hanging out) and dirty. Very nasty. Roaches can easily come in thru doorway since there’s no weather stripping to prevent it. Large roaches. Grout in floor tiles super dirty. Carpet very worn out and dirty. Bed very comfortable.

Always great!

We have stayed here three times now and love it. The location on the beach and to other things is perfect. The size and comfort of the space is wonderful for two people or a guest or two. We used the pull out sofa for the first time this year and I would not recommend it for adults, but everything else is perfect. ❤️

Perfect location

We loved the location. It was close to everything in the community, the beach access was wonderful, the view was great, pool was outside the door and it was quiet at night. The beds were comfortable too! The door could probably use a new latch, it seemed a little loose. We would definitely stay again!

Great Location!!

Everything was great !! The villa was perfect and being able to walk out the sliding glass doors to the beach made is exceptional! Close to store and restaurants. Villa itself had everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back-just hope there is availability!

DO NOT rent Crystal Villas A01.....Cockroach infested kitchen.

Looks of listing and firt impression....were amazing. But if you stay you have to also be okay with staying in a Cockroach infested kitchen. DO NOT rent Crystal Villas A01!!!

Wonderful location

We very much enjoyed our stay in Crystal Villas. The location was absolutely perfect, right on the ocean, close to all the shops and stores and not far from Navarre and Pensacola. The condo was beautiful however we did a counter several small cockroaches and some ants in the kitchen. Overall we had a great stay and you come back again!

It’s OK for a 6 night stay

Pro, the Gulf is right out the back door. On the day of our departure a dolphin came up close to the shoreline for us to watch briefly before heading out. The unit was clean. We didn’t utilize the pool but it looked to be well maintained. The 2 chairs and umbrella on the beach was used and enjoyed. I enjoyed the patio for morning coffees and watching the rain showers that rolled in early each morning. Cons, our reservation clearly stated the amount of people visiting which should have indicated the need for the hide a bed, but there wasn’t any bedding in the unit for it. We arrived after 5 so the person on the hide a bed had no bedding for 1 night. Management did remedy this the next day after I brought it to their attention. The property is older and has been updated slightly but the unit had a strong mildew smell to it. Finally, we stayed in the unit for 5 days/6 nights I feel the unit should have been stocked better with paper goods. Walmart was relatively close. Thanks

Cleanliness was bad and no security features

Upon arrival the code instructions did not say you must enter # before entering the code. Also noone is at the Villas to be able to ask a question for help. Once we got into the villa the cleanliness was horrible, the kitchen table had not been clean still had dried food, milk on it, the shower curtain had mold and stains on the bottom of it, there was a outlet that wasn't even attached to the wall so had a hole exposed and the back sliding door to the ocean was unlocked. Absolutely no inside security door features on the front door especially for little ones. My 3 yr old could just walk to the door and open it. The pillow cases had stains and what looked like makeup smear on some. Luckily we took our own pillows. The listing pictures are deceiving as this place had alot more wear and tear. They did come and replace the shower curtain and our private beach wrist bands after 2 days. The best part would be that you can walk out the back door straight to the beach which if you can find another location with same feature I would recommend that. Really disappointed for what we paid will search for another location next time.
