1 bedroom, two bathroom (Sleeps 6) renovated ocean front unit directly facing the Gulf of Mexico with spectacular panoramic views of the Emerald Coast.

Pelican Beach Resort is on the beach, no need to cross any roads.

In addition to the King bed in the master bedroom, there is a twin over twin bunk bed in the hall and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 6 people. Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is a second full bathroom in the hall.

This unit offers a full kitchen with all necessary appliances, utensils and cooking equipment. For your convenience, there is a coin operated laundry room on each floor. You will find a DVD player and two large smart flat screen TV's in this unit. Complimentary Netflix is included on living room TV. Enjoy super high speed complimentary Wifi.

Pelican Beach Resort is conveniently located in the heart of Destin with great dining and shopping around and right across the street from the Big Kahuna's water park. In addition, there are many recreational activities nearby.

All Pelican Beach units, balconies and common areas are smoke-free.

Great views and location

We had a great time. The views were wonderful and the space was clean. The location was close to local restaurants, bars, and shopping. I really appreciated that our host was in contact with us before our arrival to make sure things went smoothly. We would recommend staying here to anyone looking to stay in Destin.

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was beautiful and everything was exactly as described in the listing. The views of the ocean were spectacular, and being right on the beach made the entire trip even better. The property itself was extremely clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.The location was also perfect. We were just minutes away from great restaurants, nightlife, and everything else Destin has to offer, while still being able to come back and enjoy the beach and incredible ocean views.This was honestly one of the best places we have ever stayed. From the beautiful room and amazing views to the cleanliness and perfect location, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We had an amazing trip and will absolutely be booking this property again the next time we come to Destin!

We enjoyed our stay! Destin is absolutely beautiful. The condo is in the perfect location. My only complaint is that the condo wasn’t as clean as it should have been, and I expressed that to the owner along with the kitchen faucet has a constant drip. Other than that my family and I have a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed the condo, great view of the ocean and liked the pool areas. However, the 5 rows of chairs that you have to pay for daily that are in front of you everyday on the beach is ridiculous, would not stay here if you have kids with you and wanna bring your own chairs and umbrella.

Perfect stay!

This place was the perfect stay! Beach within footsteps as well as pool and plenty to eat. We will definitely be staying here every year!

Great condo, right on the beach with a GREAT view

We really enjoyed the condo, it was clean, updated and in a great location view awesome views. The property has great amenities, including a beach bar and café offering beach service.

Perfect location - great facility

We loved our stay at pelican beach resort. The condo was undergoing some renovations that created some construction noise but the owner was kind enough to move us to another unit that still had an amazing beach view. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved it

We really enjoyed the stay. Room is great, actually one of the few places which the room is as good as the photons they post online. The view is out of this world.

Great place to stay!

The only problem we had here were the elevators. They had all of them fixed in a couple days. The condo itself had everything we need. There was plenty of space and the view of the beach was perfect!

Convenience is a big factor for us since we have two children. There are plenty of activities around for all ages and many shops are conveniently located (Whole foods, Walmart, outlet mall to name a few).
