Your Private Beach Paradise

One of the greatest advantages of staying at Magnolia House is access to Destin Pointe’s private beach. Unlike the crowded public beaches, this beautiful stretch of sugar-white sand is reserved exclusively for residents and guests, giving you plenty of space to relax and enjoy the Emerald Coast.

The beach is approximately a 5-minute scenic walk from the condo via a beautiful boardwalk that crosses a peaceful coastal lake. Many guests enjoy the walk, while others choose to have one person drop off family members and beach gear before parking back at Magnolia House for added convenience.

Your stay includes complimentary beach service from March 1 through October 31, which includes two beach chairs and one umbrella set up daily for you. Simply provide your condo information to the beach attendant upon arrival.

For guests who love fishing, snorkeling, or simply watching the boats pass through the East Pass, the Destin Jetties are just a short walk away and are one of Destin’s most unique attractions.
