You Deserve a Beach Break at the Dogwood Condo - No Price Increase for 2025!

The beach is "waving" for you! The Dogwood is located in the beautiful Reserve at Sandbar community. The condo is only 4.5 miles from Lewes and Rehoboth Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park, shopping, the Tanger outlets, walking/hiking, restaurants, or outdoor activities.

The Dogwood has been beautifully decorated by our own MP Designs, giving a bright, comfy feel for travelers. The condo features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a vanity area with sink outside the master bathroom. There is a queen-sized bedroom, two twin beds, and a king-sized bed in the master, as well as a sleeper sofa in the living area. Fully-stocked kitchen, large breakfast bar with four stools, dining area table with seats for six, a living room with electric fireplace, sunroom overlooking the pond with fountain, and a patio, make up the rest of the condo. Tissues, paper towels, and TP are all stocked. Luggage racks included in each bedroom. Right outside the condo there is ample free parking!

There are four 4K televisions with the HBO, Starz, Showtime, and Cinemax movie channels. High speed wifi will allow you to stay as connected as you'd like while on vacation. We've had several guests working from the condo at the same time and no wifi issues.

Sheet sets provided, just bring your own towels! We do NOT provide towels, but there are several rental services in the area that have towels and other beach items available.

This is the fifth season this fantastic condo has been available for summer rental!

Ideal accommodations

Our Mother/Daughter Weekend was amazing and the accommodations at Drew’s Condo made it too-notch. We have been to the condo time after time because of the location, homey-feel, cleanliness, responsive host and just overall attention to detail. Definitely will go back!

Family Vacation

The property outside was clean and well kept. The inside was also well kept and well stocked. Communication with owner was great. No smell in the residence, even though it was pet friendly.(I thought one of my family members was bringing their pet but that didn't happen.) Great experience. Peaceful outside sitting area great for morning coffee or a night time beverage. Great location easy drive to Rehoboth Beach or Lewes Beach, restaurants and shopping. 10 out of 10.

Amazing Vacation

Beautiful open floor plan with a cozy patio to enjoy a wonderful fountain. Quiet and well-lit community on the first-floor made it easy and safe to walk our dogs. We loved going to the pool and making day trips to Rehoboth. Easy access to Rt 1. Thanks for a memorable vacation.

“Everything Perfect”

This is the best place I have stayed and I’ve been renting in Lewes for 30+ years. Drew is absolutely an amazing host. It was so nice that he thinks of his renter’s needs. There was coffee, paper towels, tioletpaper, spices, plenty of pots and pans and dishes, etc. I was amazed. Most places I rented if you get anything you might have just items to get through the first day. Oh and he provided clean sheets when you get there, which less you have to pack. I could go on and on. “Very Clean” also. The location is great, pool is very nice, and area is nice and quiet. There is a Weis market, Walgreens, Dollar Store, and more which is like 2 miles away. I loved that because I’m not big on driving miles in the traffic down there. Lewes beach is close, like 10 miles. To sum it up, I Loved Everything about this place and would Love to stay again and again. “Thank you Drew, you are amazing and so is your property!”

100% recommend!

The property is even nicer than it looks in the pictures! Clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you need. The welcome basket was a nice touch! The neighborhood is clean and nice for a walk. The pool is close and we used it almost every day. I was worried that it being an attached condo we would hear noise from other units but we never heard a thing! All the beds are comfortable and spacious bedrooms/bathrooms. A nice quiet clean spot to come back to after spending time at the beach and the pool. We walked to Surf Bagels a few times, if you’re looking for good coffee/breakfast or a light lunch! Parking was right outside our door which was super convenient when arriving/packing the car to leave. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Perfect!

Beautiful, clean ground-floor condo was perfect for our stay. The locationnis great, with easy access to Lewes and all the towns south. We particularly liked how well stocked it is, with plenty of coffee, soaps, and laundry, supplies. This was our first visit to Delaware and we would definitely return to this condo again! Thank you!

Great second home

This condo is like staying at your second home. It’s located closed restaurants, shopping and the beaches. Great location in Lewes and makes it easy to visit where you are heading too. This home is very clean, nicely decorated and has a lot of room to enjoy your stay. I have stay at this location over 8 times and never have been disappointed.

Everything from beginning to end was top notch. Will most likely return around the same time in 2024. Definitely recommend this property. Only downside is thin walls. Other than that the place is great and Everything you need is there!!

Exceptional Vrbo stay

This is a first-floor condo/apartment. Neighbors were friendly and active while outside, but inside, the condo was quiet and relaxing! It is lovely and has updated everything. It is so well appointed that really all you need is your towels, which is the only thing they don't supply. We brought food to cook and used the kitchen easily. We did not use the oven, but all the other appliances were clean and easy to use. There are lots of nice touches for renters and as decor without clutter on useable spaces or on the walls. It has lovely sunlight and the patio is relaxing. Parking is abundant, with two accessible spaces directly outside the door We had four adults and three greyhounds and still had room to relax and move around. This property provides a separate lower cabinet with an extra dog bowl and treats just in case you might forget. There is room in this cabinet to put your own pet supplies while staying. It is a dog-friendly neighborhood with residents that keep it clean and walkable. Drew is great at communication, friendly, timely, and clear. One adult needed to work part of the time we were on vacation and the wifi and connectivity is strong and reliable. This development is easy access, right off route 1, and a direct, easy drive to everything Lewes and Rehoboth. A fantastic Vrbo listing!

Perfect Stay

Drew’s place was absolutely perfect for our long weekend stay. His place is very spacious and impeccably clean. It is also in a great location, very close to the Nassau Winery, but not far from the beach and other attractions in Lewes. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Drew!

Our two families have travelled together for years and we recently decided to find our own getaway in Lewes/Rehoboth so that we can enjoy the beach, the state park, and everything the Delaware coast has to offer.

We've had great success renting our first condo, The Magnolia at Summerlyn. We have really enjoyed this experience and we came upon The Reserve at Sandbar condo and saw the possibilities to provide a wonderful getaway in this community. Little did we know that a worldwide pandemic would be part of our journey!

This is a quiet area that's very close to everything you would like to do for a girls' weekend, family or couples vacation. We have TV/movie channel entertainment, a small lending library for your stay, and board games. With a short drive you can reach the beach, shop, and dine in any type of restaurant of your choosing. Our first floor location gives you great access to a place to walk and Cape Henlopen State Park is just a few miles away.
