Our beach house is conveniently located on the ocean side of Coastal Highway between the Outlet Malls, just over a 3-mile drive from the Rehoboth Beach bandstand at the boardwalk and Main St. and also easily accessible by car to Dewey Beach and points south, as well as the historic town of Lewes and Cape Henlopen State Park. It has a large deck, yard and outdoor shower. Family friendly; pets welcome. New for 2019: new carpeting, frig, stove and beds.

The home was very close to everything, which was really nice. Good amount of room, yard was really nice size for dog, we wished it would have been fenced in so dog could have gone out without a leash. We had a rainy 4 days so not great weather, but being so close to everything we had plenty to see and do. The house has some updated carpets and sofa in living room which was nice. Master bedroom needs some updates with furniture, bathroom is very dated and had trouble getting in and out of tub as it has a step up and slippery to step down into when wet. Mattress in master also needs replaced its soft and queen would be nicer than a double. Pillows on all the beds should be replaced our had stains on them and flat no support. We had to clean off dining table when we arrived as it had sand on it and finish laundry to then make up the beds with sheets, whoever cleans does not make the beds before new guests arrive. There is plenty of kitchen ware, and dishes, silverware etc. Overall stay was good and price was good and we could have our dog with us. Nice little development to walk dogs or yourself. Park nearby too. House had lots of cleaning supplies, laundry detergent and items under sinks for renters to use which was also nice.

Not sure why there would be sand anywhere or other deficiency in cleaning. We'll contact cleaning company about this report. There are already dozens of pillows at the beach house but it sounds like we need to buy more, so that will be done. We prefer queen size mattresses, but the standard in the beach rental industry in RB is full size. Enlarging the bed size slightly would reduce the available space in the room, so it's a bit of a trade off.

We really appreciated the pet friendly option. We were not fans of the air freshener used as it bothered by wife’s allergies. The beds were a bit soft for our tastes. A refresh on towels wouldn't be a bad thing either. Still a good value, close to everything, great communication with the host and would recommend to people coming to the area.

We try to leave nice towels on site, but invariably they get stolen. Nonetheless we once again upgraded towels at the beach house. Also had carpet steam cleaned.

Had a great stay

Was comfortable, homy, and clean! Enjoyed how close it was to Giant and Wawa, and the drive to the beach was short.

Cozy house in a quiet neighborhood and close to beaches. Enjoyed early morning walks through the neighborhood with my pup. Family joined for one day to celebrate a milestone birthday. Large deck and yard. Prop mgr was very responsive.

This property was quiet, easily accessible, and close to shops and restaurants on Route 1. It is a short drive to downtown Rehoboth and Lewes. The house itself is very comfortable and has a large backyard and deck. It was a very relaxing home away from home. We will definitely stay here again.

Quick getaway while selling house!

Overall our stay was really nice! Property owner was fantastic with communication and really welcoming and quick to respond! Dana's place was very homey feeling and offered just what we needed for a near last minute trip!

Great stay for inexpensive price

We enjoyed our stay (myself, husband and dog) in June 2025.Pros - Great location, close to Coastal Highway; Great amenities, made use of Roku TV & DVDs. Plenty of sheets, pillow/cases, blankets. Allows pets.Cons - Only full size beds in each bedroomWish we had time to go crabbing or ride the bikes.

Rehoboth Getaway

Lovely host and the house is in a quiet neighborhood. Fun and friendly neighbors. The house was a little worn, you can tell it spent a great life as a beloved beach house, but it fit our needs. It has an absolutely stellar deck and firepit with an enormous yard.

Wonderful Almost Spring Trip

We stayed for two nights. The house was as described and equipped with everything we needed. A nice, quiet neighborhood and convenient location. We had our dogs with us and enjoyed the yard and space available for all of us to enjoy our visit. We'll probably make this an annual winter - almost spring trip.

We reside outside of Baltimore, about 3 hours away from our beach house. Most of our highly satisfied guests appreciate economical small-group pet-friendly lodging located between the RB outlet malls, a short drive from the beach within a quiet subdivision with features like an outdoor shower, large deck and back yard. We love using our beach house, but we're also happy to share it by allowing others to book it exclusively. Have fun at the beach.

We finally purchased our beach house after sharing group beach houses with collectives of other young adults who would book a place for the entire season. After marriage and children, that became a little untenable, so we took the plunge and have never looked back. This is a great place for a family getaway, or other gathering of friends who can make use of 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, and kitchen, instead of just a single expensive non-descript bedroom in a hotel. Escape, relax, unwind, and enjoy.
