Our beach house is conveniently located on the ocean side of Coastal Highway between the Outlet Malls, just over a 3-mile drive from the Rehoboth Beach bandstand at the boardwalk and Main St. and also easily accessible by car to Dewey Beach and points south, as well as the historic town of Lewes and Cape Henlopen State Park. It has a large deck, yard and outdoor shower. Family friendly; pets welcome. New for 2019: new carpeting, frig, stove and beds.

Had a great stay

Was comfortable, homy, and clean! Enjoyed how close it was to Giant and Wawa, and the drive to the beach was short.

We really appreciated the pet friendly option. We were not fans of the air freshener used as it bothered by wife’s allergies. The beds were a bit soft for our tastes. A refresh on towels wouldn't be a bad thing either. Still a good value, close to everything, great communication with the host and would recommend to people coming to the area.

We try to leave nice towels on site, but invariably they get stolen. Nonetheless we once again upgraded towels at the beach house. Also had carpet steam cleaned.

This property was quiet, easily accessible, and close to shops and restaurants on Route 1. It is a short drive to downtown Rehoboth and Lewes. The house itself is very comfortable and has a large backyard and deck. It was a very relaxing home away from home. We will definitely stay here again.

Quick getaway while selling house!

Overall our stay was really nice! Property owner was fantastic with communication and really welcoming and quick to respond! Dana's place was very homey feeling and offered just what we needed for a near last minute trip!

Cozy house in a quiet neighborhood and close to beaches. Enjoyed early morning walks through the neighborhood with my pup. Family joined for one day to celebrate a milestone birthday. Large deck and yard. Prop mgr was very responsive.

Great stay for inexpensive price

We enjoyed our stay (myself, husband and dog) in June 2025.Pros - Great location, close to Coastal Highway; Great amenities, made use of Roku TV & DVDs. Plenty of sheets, pillow/cases, blankets. Allows pets.Cons - Only full size beds in each bedroomWish we had time to go crabbing or ride the bikes.

Rehoboth Getaway

Lovely host and the house is in a quiet neighborhood. Fun and friendly neighbors. The house was a little worn, you can tell it spent a great life as a beloved beach house, but it fit our needs. It has an absolutely stellar deck and firepit with an enormous yard.

Wonderful Almost Spring Trip

We stayed for two nights. The house was as described and equipped with everything we needed. A nice, quiet neighborhood and convenient location. We had our dogs with us and enjoyed the yard and space available for all of us to enjoy our visit. We'll probably make this an annual winter - almost spring trip.

Great location

Great location within a mile to the outlets and a few miles to the best beaches - quiet neighborhood, owner was always available if needed - spent 8 nights, so grateful to be able to take our 2 dogs - not easy to find when both are over 50 lbs - awesome backyard. I gave it a 4 only because the house is an older home. We look forward to going back!

Great location and stay!

3 seniors enjoying the Delaware Eastern Shore and Cape May. Comfortable, clean. Best stocked kitchen of any place I've stayed. Quiet neighborhood. Back yard with plenty of room for dog to run. Yard was clean (happy former guests cleaned up behind their dogs:). Owner easily available & helpful, "good guy". Would stay again

Comfortable and quiet

Had all amenities that were listed and more.,very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighborhood. Had an issue as soon as arrived called Dana and we fixed issue right away. Dana was very respectful of our stay. Large backyard for our dog. We would stay here again for sure.

Widowed father of 2 girls, ages 21 & 28; retired administrative law judge specializing in government contracting for State of Maryland. We reside outside of Baltimore, about 3 hours away from our beach house. Most of our highly satisfied guests appreciate economical small-group pet-friendly lodging located between the RB outlet malls, a short drive from the beach within a quiet subdivision with features like an outdoor shower, large deck and back yard. We love using our beach house, but we're also happy to share it by allowing others to book it exclusively. Have fun at the beach.

We finally purchased our beach house after sharing group beach houses with collectives of other young adults who would book a place for the entire season. After marriage and children, that became a little untenable, so we took the plunge and have never looked back. This is a great place for a family getaway, or other gathering of friends who can make use of 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, and kitchen, instead of just a single expensive non-descript bedroom in a hotel. Escape, relax, unwind, and enjoy.

We are pet friendly for whose who wish to travel with their best friend(s). We also provide linens and towels, as well as the opportunity to use our beach chairs, coolers, bicycles, etc. This can make the necessity of your packing and travel luggage a lot lighter.
