Beach Breeze! Amazing Family Friendly Beach House! Pet Friendly too!

Our beach house allows you to have all the amenities of a home at the beach! With 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a outdoor shower, screened in front porch and back yard that allows access to Silver Lake, it’s a great location for fun and relaxation. Located 3 blocks from the beach and boardwalk (about 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride). Enjoy everything Rehoboth Beach has to offer within walking distance to Rehoboth Avenue which offers lots of shopping and amazing food options. Or with a short drive you can enjoy the tax-free outlets, golf, mini-golf and the famous Jungle Jim’s Waterpark!

The Space

Relax in our open concept family room with cable TV/smart TV and wireless internet. Glass patio doors lead to our huge screened in porch, where you can sit back and relax or enjoy a nice family meal. Our eat in kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, coffee maker, coffee mugs, pots, pans. There are 3 large bedrooms with comfortable beds (a king in master bedroom #1, a king in bedroom #2, and 3 doubles in bedroom #3). There are 2 full bathrooms.

Our home has a rear deck leading to park property and Silver Lake, and to an unfinished basement with a washer & dryer and a large outdoor shower. The basement also stores plenty of beach chairs/toys/umbrella for your use. And for those who enjoy an outdoor adventure, our home also offers 2 kayaks & life jackets for use in Silver Lake.

We have everything you need for a great beach vacation!!!

New for 2025!! Linens and towels are provided.

We also provide 2 parking passes for non-metered parking. All spaces in our block are non-metered.

The minimum age to rent this property is 25.

Great property that walkable to both the beach and downtown. The neighborhood is quiet. We loved the screened in front porch and had a very relaxing time.

We loved the location of this house and it was very well equipped from kitchen supplies to bikes and beach chairs. We have rented within a block of the beach in the past and my only concern was that this was a little further from the beach than we were used to...but the bikes and close proximity to town more than made up for that. Would definitely return! Also loved the spacious front porch.

Beach House

Very welcoming and thoughtful beach house for visiting Rehoboth Beach! The location is wonderful and in a safe and walkable neighborhood. Would definitely recommend Beach Breeze!

Great house and perfect location!

Rehoboth in the offseason is great and so is this house. It's an easy walk downtown for dinner and an even shorter walk to our favorite section of beach. House has plenty of room and everything to make you feel at home. Our pup enjoyed her 4th Rehoboth trip and the great oorch was her favorite spot, and ours. Cant wait to return.

Very enjoyable family beach getaway!

Everything was just what we wanted for our trip. Close to the beach, the park, the lake, the boardwalk…and the house was completely the perfect size and setup for our family of 5! We all enjoyed the front porch everyday!

Peaceful beach getaway

Awesome house far enough away from the rush but close enough to the beach. It's in the quiet part of the neighborhood backed up to a park that's great for kids!!

Rehoboth Getaway

This VRBO is the perfect getaway from busy DC and NVa. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood on Silver Lake and a short distance to downtown Rehoboth and the beach. It is also pet friendly and my dog and I enjoyed nice walks in the nearby park. We plan to return again next year!

Beach Breeze

We stayed at Beach Breeze with our two dogs and it was a wonderful experience! The cottage is fabulous and would comfortably house two small families! It was perfect for our trip. The beach is an easy walk - far enough to tire out the pups but not too far to make the trip twice a day. Very well appointed, a quiet neighborhood and just cozy. We may have to make this an annual destination!

Great for families and pets

Whitney was an excellent host. Had a cleaning problem that owner quickly resolved. Well appropriated and excellent location. House is very musty but got better after airing out a few days.

Wonderful Stay!

We have stayed at Whitney's property several times now, and I just love the house. The front porch is a highlight. It is a great place to sit and read or play board games, and you can see down to the ocean even though it is a few blocks down the road. The furniture is all very nice and comfortable. The kitchen has all necessary amenities, and it is within walking distance to everything.

Fabulous location. Amazing screened porch.

Loved this house! If we weren't at the beach or strolling through town, we were on the screened porch. So relaxing! The house is VERY well equipped. Has pretty much everything we needed, even things we didn't know we needed.

Amazing Beach Home

This is a great home - fully capable kitchen, comfy beds, and a lovely screened in porch. We spent hours relaxing on the porch drinking coffee with a peaceful breeze. We managed to pick a weekend where there was a tropical storm, and we still enjoyed the trip in part because of the pleasant home owners and house. We would definitely stay here again. Awesome neighborhood.

Great location

We loved front porch sitting; 3 long blocks to walk to beach was convenient for us. We also walked to restaurants. Living room couches and beds were all very comfortable. Would stay again! One Con - dark paneling in family room and dining area (I prefer white and airy not dark interiors).

Perfect location, lovely home

4 adults, two pups had a wonderful 3 day weekend at this beautiful home. Kitchen better stocked than my own. Comfy furniture and great TVs with all the channels! Bikes and beach chairs galore. Beautiful front porch and lovely view of the lake in back. Easy walk to beach and boardwalk. My only complaint is the height of the two king size beds, higher than my waist which made it hard to get in and out of. Otherwise, perfect.

Quiet, wooded get-away

It's always a challenge to find a place that lets you bring your pooches. We were happy we found this place in a quiet corner of Rehoboth off Silver Lake. The house is a great size with a breezy screened in front porch, deck off one of the bedrooms, and walking distance to everything Rehoboth has to offer. We really appreciated the bikes and beach equipment that added even more fun to our stay. Wendy was very responsive to any questions and a great house.

Fantastic place!

This is our second time staying here. We absolutely love it. Location is great in South Rehoboth very close to Silver Lake. Beds in all 3 bedrooms are very comfortable. Very nice kitchen and spacious living and dining areas with comfortable furniture. Highlight of the place is screened front porch! Spent a lot of time sitting there enjoying everything. My daughter dog Remy especially loved it. We hope to return again soon.

Great front porch.

This place was exactly as described. Clean, roomy, and welcoming. The front porch was great to hang out on, especially when it rained. They had bikes to ride and kayaks to use in silver lake. They were great perks that we didn't have to rent. It was a few blocks to the beach but still walkable. We went in off-season so the kayaks were great for non-beach days. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect fit for us

Everything turned out great. House was the perfect size for us with 2 couples and 3 kids between us. House is well stocked and communication with the owner was timely and friendly when we had a minor issue with the parking pass (not her fault). Also very nice neighborhood. Walking distance to a playground and across the footbridge is another one if school isn't in session. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would totally stay here again.
