Our townhomes were designed with a laid back beach feel providing full size kitchen & laundry. We have an outdoor shower to rinse away the sand from a long day at the beach. Amazing rental

Loved the rental. Everything was perfect and a great location! James was very attentive and was amazing to work with! Definitely we will be back to rent this perfect rental

Great Baseball Getaway

My family stayed for 9 days and had a great time. Located in a great area to get to things, total beach vibe! James was a great communicator and always available if we needed anything. My only issue was it not feeling safe outside at night around the property, with the kids, a lot suspicious activity, but maybe it was the time of the season we were there. Would totally rent and return next year!!

Great Place!

Easy check-in, very clean, nice upgrades, dog friendly. It’s on the first floor, so easy in and out. Super location in Myrtle Beach. Already planning on staying again.

Property was as advertised - close walk to the beach. Townhouse is well furnished and stocked for our needs. Easy to check-in and out of house. Ample parking for our needs, too!

Great House

Great location. Close to the beach and not to far of a drive from the strip. There is a Walmart Neighborhood Market basically right behind it which was great. The house was clean and spacious. Parking was a little difficult with 3 cars.

Great house, wonderful host!

From the beginning, the host was wonderful...answered questions promptly and very helpful. The house is great, modern, and clean. I only gave 4 stars for the location due to the outdoor "activity" across the street. Would definitely recommend this house and host, as well as another stay in the future.

Fantabulous Time

This property was absolutely amazing. Beds were comfortable, veranda’s were an added touch. Location was perfect. Easy check in and James the host was readily available if a need was to come up. Everyone, even the teens and their friends had an enjoyable time. The beach was literally a parking lot away from the house. I recommend this house or his other properties. I will certainly be returning.

The house is just lovely. It's modern and nicely decorated. The owner (?) made sure to email all the details/passwords etc. early, making access and entry easy. He made sure to communicate and continued to be readily available in case he was needed. We had a great time and love the place. Would definitely stay there again!

Great Place to Stay

We had a phenomenal stay and the house was perfect for a family vacation. It’s a great size and there’s lots of great amenities for a beach house. The only issue we had was check in. Our check in time was 3:00 and we didn’t get to check in until 5:00 due to cleaners. We had to sit outside with our luggage and never got a firm communication on when they would be finished.

Our Stay

The condo itself is beautiful. Everything is brand new and super clean. But the condo is directly behind a horrible hotel. My brother in law found a used heroine needle in the parking lot. There were people at the hotel sitting outside smoking cigarettes and marijuana day and night and it was rather uncomfortable with my young children. This isn’t the fault of the property, but we would not stay in that area again as we did not feel safe.

Clean and modern style

We recently stayed at a wonderful condo unit in Myrtle Beach, and our experience was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how clean and well-maintained the property was. The attention to detail and care taken to ensure the unit was spotless made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of this rental was its close proximity to the beach—just a short one-block walk away. This made it incredibly convenient for us to enjoy the beach without any hassle. James, the property owner, was exceptionally helpful and easy to work with. He was always available to answer any questions and made the rental process smooth and stress-free. His hospitality truly enhanced our stay. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Myrtle Beach. We will definitely book here, with James, again.

We had a great trip!

Hi, we had a lovely time at Myrtle Beach this week! The property was very nice and pretty clean, and I am a stickler for clean rentals! There was some light leftover sand on the floor when we arrived, but....it is the beach! :) Other than this, the property is very clean and in excellent condition. There are 2 flights of stairs in the unit and may not be appropriate for someone who has difficulty climbing stairs. This didn't bother us, but thought I would share it. The location is a short 5 minute walk or less to the beach. We were able to see the ocean from the balconies. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again! Thank you so much!

Home with a sea breeze

The property was absolutely gorgeous! Recently updated with a modern and comfortable feeling. Extremely clean residence with more than enough space for our blended family of 9. Everyone had a bed to sleep in, all necessary cookware was available, the WiFi was strong, and the location was EXCELLENT! Literally one block away from the shore. And the view to the Atlantic Ocean was breathtaking as we sat on the balcony to enjoy champagne. The host, James, was EXTRAORDINARY with communication and immediate response to any of our questions or concerns. He even recommended some places nearby to enjoy. The ONLY thing that is no fault of the property or the host, are the 2 hotels that are adjacent to the property which are a bit of an eyesore, but it's no detractor from the positives that far outweigh that. We had a wonderful time and are considering returning to that property again.
