*5 min walk to the beach.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. sleeps up to guests.

*Only 1 pet is allowed less than 50 lb with pet fee. Pet fee is $89 per pet.



The Space:

*3 bedrooms, 2 baths, great space.

*1 king, 1 twin, 2 queen bed.

*Laundry room available.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Only 1 pet is allowed less than 50 lb

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.

One of the best trips I’ve had to Myrtle. It was a lovely house and I’m looking forward to renting it again

I will definately stay here again in the near future. Only improvements I would recommend are the following: - Replace or repair all of the electric recliners within the couch- Repair or replace the refrigerator because of the inoperable water dispenser- Replace the pillows in the 2 queen bedroom- Place an ionizer or deodorizer to prevent other occupants "smoke" smell- Request nightly zone checks from Law Enforcement due to vacant hotel property nearbyOverall a GREAT property and stay while at the beach.

Guest suggestions are always valuable, and I will review the items you mentioned regarding the recliners, refrigerator water dispenser, pillows, and odor control measures. Regarding the nearby vacant property and activity in the surrounding area, those matters are unfortunately outside of my control. Trash was smelling and overflowing right when you get out of your vehicle no mattress cover on the twin bed no casings for the pillows dry blood was found on one of the pillowcases and on a comforter thermostat apparently was controlled remotely. It was on 83 turned down to cool off ,leave and come back. It’s back up, that constantly went on during our four night stay. Recliners, broken on sectional on the bright side. Location is great and bathrooms were clean.

Thank you for your feedback. The outside trash was the only concern reported to me during your stay, and I addressed it immediately once notified. Unfortunately, none of the other concerns mentioned here were brought to my attention during your four-night stay. Had I known about any linen or bedding issue, I would have arranged for replacement linens immediately, and I would have been happy to inspect and address the other items as well. I’m glad you enjoyed the location and found the bathrooms clean.

Good Stay

This is a good property to stay at because it's clean, spacious and 2 blocks from the beach.What you should know is that you probably will have to bring or purchase a few things, which isn't a big problem because there are stores that will have everything you need within a couple blocks. But definitely ask before coming because don't assume that it will be provided. Emily is very communicative and clear. If you have any questions, she will responds quickly. I would stay here again and recommend for others.

When they say bare minimum, they mean it. They didn't have enough washcloths for the number of guest expected and only utensils with pans in kitchen. They fixed the air when it broke mid vacation but took almost all day due to a lock needing cut so maintenance could fix it. Convenient location for family fun. Everything is within walking distance.Looks clean but under couch was dirt and items from previous guest. Pictures were accurate.
