The House is a newly remodeled 3 bedroom 1.5 bath in beautiful Bentonville AR. The House is wonderfully located to trails, museums, breweries and restaurants. Garage with 4 car driveway parking. Bike wash stand. Washer/dryer, laundry soap. Dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven ,coffee, sugar, cream, salt, pepper. All bedding. Towels. Hairdryer. First Aide kit. Iron, ironing board. The House is professionally cleaned and sanitized. 3 night minimum.

Mtn bike house

Absolutely perfect for the mountain biker. Bike wash and access to the garage covered porch 100% satisfied my stay. Love the location, the Roto bikes everywhere.

Great place!

Location was perfect! The home is clean and well done! Loved the garage access for bikes and the bike wash! Definitely will seal this out for another stay in Bentonville!

Perfect homebase

Clean property in a good neighborhood. Bike storage in the garage and a super handy bike cleaning station. Host was great as well. Very good communication.

Mt bike getawat

We really enjoyed the house. The convenience of having a garage and wash station for bikes was a bonus. The beds were comfortable and linens for bed and bath were nice too. A coffee pod station was provided (but no drip coffee pot). The town square and a lot of restaurants are within one mile or less. First time in bentonville and we really enjoyed! Hope to be back.

Perfect for our needs

The place was exactly as advertised, in a nice neighborhood, beds were fantastic, and everything was just what we wanted. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Bentonville!

Great home base for cycling around Bentonville

This was a great place to stay as a home base for cycling around Bentonville. Loved the cycling decor and space for bikes in the garage. Looking forward to staying here again.

Great stay for MTB in BVL

The house was perfect for our 6 night family stay. Great location for accessing the Slaughter Pen trails and downtown square by bike. We could have biked to Coler Mtn also, but we chose the short drive instead. Took advantage of the bike wash and racks in the garage. So convenient! Walmart store and Walmart neighborhood market close by for all the essentials. Spark ice cream and Trash ice cream were both hits.

Guys bike weekend

Great place close to town

The place was very clean and gad everything needed. Its just outside of the downtown area and can be reached easily by bike or even walking. I liked the added features of a bike rack in the garage and wash station out back. Highly recommend.

The home was decorated and remodeled perfectly. We enjoyed our stay and the house was fabulous. The location was great for us. We were able to walk to downtown Bentonville and cycle every where from the house without having to even get in our car. We will be booking again soon.

Mountain biking weekend

Stayed here for weekend of mountain biking. Worked great for me and my 2 adult sons. We walked to downtown a coupe of times and sometimes Uber. Close to the good restaurants etc. Easy to access trails from this location and house is setup w garage access to recharge e-bikes. Very clean and comfortable.

Close enough to everything

The House was as advertised. Quiet cul de sac with close access to main roads, downtown, and bike paths. Hosts were very responsive to our questions. The bike wash out the side was great to rinse mud off after a day on the trails!

Perfect stay

Two friends and myself (all women) stayed at The House and it was perfect! We were able to cook meals and wash our dirty bike clothes and bikes from the comfort of The House. We felt like the neighborhood was safe and conveniently located for all kinds of activities and locations to the trails. Definitely recommend staying here if you have a larger group and want your own space.

We loved our stay at the Fantastic House! The interior was beautifully arranged and the appliances were so clean. Anne accommodated us through the check-in process (early!) and we appreciated the bike wash station in the garage. We highly recommend staying here!

Beautifully remodeled & close to trails

The house has been beautifully remodeled and was incredibly clean. It had everything we needed down to the bike wash and extra koozies for our post-ride beverages. Great location only a short ride to the bike trails and downtown. Anne was accommodating and quick to respond.

First time to the Biking Mecca.....was not disappointed

The home was in beautiful condition, the 3 bedrooms were just the space we needed, and the living room/kitchen allowed us to feel completely at home. Internet was great, and we streamed a lot of Netflix to fill in the nights. Home owner was very responsive to our texted questions, and genuinely wanted to assist in our "fabulous stay" We are considering to stay again due to the great proximity to downtown, and the biking trails.
