Fabulous property for a fabulous family vacation. Would have loved to have access to the on-site golf cart included in the rental price.

Perfect Location

We had an amazing time at this property! It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The pool and hot tub were absolutely fantastic, perfect for relaxing. The neighborhood felt safe and inviting, adding to the overall great experience. Highly recommend!

Great Property!

We really enjoyed our vacation. The house lived up to our high expectations and delivered on all fronts. It was very comfortable and the kitchen and outdoor areas were well-stocked and comfortable. We highly recommend it.

The best house ever

This was our 5th trip to the big island, but a first for our extended family. This house was perfect for 4 teens and 3 adult couples. We spent most of the time on the lanai and grilled most nights at home. Deluxe accommodations, amazing layout, we couldn't have been happier.

Good experience

Great location. However some of the beds squeaked. Given the price, we should not have had to strip the beds and start a load of whites

Big island recovery

Wonderful, quiet, healthful, roomy. Lovely pool and hot tub very responsive to managing. Lots of space, nice selection of water toys, close to Mauna Lani Beach Club and its accoutrements. Easy access to house and property. All ages loved it. The kitchen was well suited to our needs. One cockroach. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat!💗

Great trip!!! Can't beat the location!

The location and view were great! We hardly wanted to go anywhere! The house has everything you could possible need if you wanted to hunker down and just relax at the house. The dishwasher was not secured and we called the property manager, Ellis, and she got it take care of right away!! One suggestion, there could be more pool towels and bath towels available. We found ourselves doing laundry every day!! Overall a great time/experience!!!

Beautiful, well appointed home

Our family group of 10 stayed for a week in this property. The home is open and beautifully appointed. It has views of the golf course out to the ocean, and the pool was great. We cooked most of our meals in the kitchen or on the BBQ, and we had everything you'd need to prepare and serve cocktails, wine and meals for a large group. The bedrooms and baths had beautiful linens and the shower was well stocked with high end products. Also laundry room was stocked to run several loads a day. Can't say enough good about the home itself. We'd love to come back again. Downsides: The description of amenities on the Elite Vacation properties website was inaccurate. It led all of us to believe we had access through the Mauna Lani resort to, among other things, a "community lap pool, six Plexipave tennis courts, and a fully equipped fitness center". The Mauna Lani resort knew nothing about our access to these amenities, and the Mauna Lani fitness center was only willing to allow access for our group for $1100/week. When we tried to get information from Elite Properties about how to access these amenities, we found them unresponsive, with lack of ownership about whether the property manager or concierge was to blame for the misinformation. In addition, we called twice prior to arrival to arrange for a chef, and never received a call back. We also called multiple times during our stay to request additional beach towels (6 beach towels only in a house sleeping 10), and never received a response. One other item-- when we arrived the one outside garbage can was completely full as the maids had just left. Garbage pick-up did not occur until the day of our departure, so we had to put all our garbage bags next to the outdoor can, and animals got into them. It was a mess. A large group of arriving guests should have an empty garbage can for the week.

In the property description, it states that "these wonderful amenities are available for an additional fee paid to Mauna Lani Resort", but we apologize if this was not more clearly communicated. However, the property does have amazing private amenities such as a pool, spa, and BBQ area, that we hope you were able to fully enjoy at no additional cost! Regarding the private chef, unfortunately this is an extremely busy season and most additional guest services such as private chefs are booked out over a month in advance currently so we were unable to accommodate your request on shorter notice. We are currently exploring all avenues in an attempt to expand our guest services offerings during this time, but we apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. We also apologize for the full trash bins, we agree that this larger property should have ample room to accommodate the amount of trash that may be produced for a standard stay. This is not indicative of the exemplary standards that Elite aims to uphold regarding service and cleanliness and we will address this issue with our housekeeping teams. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. We hope to host you and your family again in the future and look forward to the opportunity to provide you with exemplary service that is more in line with our Elite standards!

This beautiful home made our vacation so much better. Having rented large homes in the Mauna Lani area for years, we found this to be the best in terms of cleanliness, organization, and high-end touches.The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped and thoughtfully organized. We also appreciated the automated blinds, high-quality patio furniture, and comfortable beds. The heavy doors, screens, and reliable locks were especially helpful for keeping our toddlers safe. Additionally, having pool and sand toys available in the garage was a great touch.The pool was perfect, and we were very impressed with the service; when we had trouble with the spa heat, the house manager sent someone over immediately to resolve it. We also enjoyed renting a cart locally to visit the market and the Beach Club.Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful home!

This property was so well equipped. Everything was clean and new. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the view over the gol course to the water. The furniture was all fresh and comfortable, and it could not have been cleaner. Everything you need for a great vacation! Even a pineapple corer.
