This beautiful home was everything (and more) as advertised. It was a wonderful way to spend a week with our adult children. There were 2 couples with our 3 1/2 month old grandson and our two adults boys. Four bedrooms was perfect and the casita ideal for my son and daughter-in-law with their baby. The house was extremely well equipped with everything we needed for a seamless stay. 5 Bikes in the garage (a few of them need a tune-up!), snorkel gear, coolers, beach chairs - you name it. All amenities were excellent. Great location, short bike ride/drive to two "private" beaches. Great pool, hot tub, very conducive to outdoor living. We took advantage of the health club and pickle ball courts.EVERYTHING was really perfect and we all highly recommend this home. Paradise Hawaii did an excellent job with their very helpful tutorials online - they had an immediate response to any questions. A very impressive management company. Our entire experience was fantastic and we would definitely stay at this beautiful home in the future. Only down side to our entire trip, which has nothing to do with this home, it that my wife and I had planned to stay a few days "alone" at a local hotel after our family left, but that was cut short due to hurricane Nolo. Hats off to #10 and it's "team"!

You must stay

All, this property was fantastic in every way. Perfectly stocked with amenities, clean, in great shape, pool and hot tub were fantastic, back patio perfect and most importantly the view was wonderful. My family and I highly recommend this property if relaxing is your intentions.

Amazing property for our family for the week!

From long before check-in until we left, we were not disappointed. We were able to golf 3 different days and the rest we spent relaxing poolside or planning games on the lanai. Our family consisted of 3 couples and 2 young adult children and the property was perfect for us. We have stayed at different VRBOs in the past and this was by far the best stocked and best organized. We would highly recommend and hope to return in the future!

Beautiful home with a breathtaking view

This home has it all! Comfortable beds, plenty of towels for both the bath and beach and all the right cooking utensils and appliances you would need! All the toys for the pool and beach. Great location...close to beaches, restaurants, coffee and grocery. It had a wonderful view of the golf course and ocean from the back patio. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and look forward to coming back one day soon!

This was the perfect home base for our family vacation!

This was the perfect home base for our family vacation! Our group ranged in age and we felt the home was perfect for everyone. The home was very clean and well equipped. We spent so much time around the pool, barbecuing, and taking in the views. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach club and we had fun renting a golf cart to explore the area. We didn't want to leave and go back to the winter back home. We are already wishing we were back.

Beautiful property. Well stocked. While it is a state law to have alarm sound if patio door is open to pool area it was annoying having to turn it off and enter/exit within 7 seconds.

We will be back!

Beautiful house in a gorgeous setting. Conveniently located in a quiet gated community over looking the golf course. We walked 5 miles daily from the house along the beach, played pickle ball and sat by the pool. The home is equipped with absolutely everything you need. Kitchen was over the top for cooking in. We will be back!

This house was more than one could have hoped for. It was so perfect. The property managers are extremely quick to respond. It was literally the highlight of the trip for our kids. I can’t say enough about it, there is nothing that was not perfect.

Weinstein Family Vacation

We couldn’t have been happier with the property. It was absolutely beautiful and well taken care of and they had absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen. We hired a private chef to come in and cook for us one night and he had everything he needed. The kids and adults as well really loved having the pool And Spa. We rented golf carts and took them to the shops, and to some of the beaches and market. Everything was really close by. Had an absolutely amazing time and we would definitely rent this property again.

Underwhelmed

The property was very nice, however I felt the property management was not commensurate with the property and the rate we paid. It wasn’t clean, we had to ask for the entry information while there and a number of other misses. They did give us a late check out which was helpful.

An Oasis in Kona!

We had a wonderful time for our party of 10! The view from the back lani / pool is awesome and you can see the ocean clearly. If walking to the beach, it’s a little lengthy with stuff, but we had a car and that was the best way to get there. The home is conveniently located in the middle of the west side of the island so access to Hilo is as easy as can be. Sonos is system is accessible, bikes were awesome, beach chairs were great, snorkel equipment was great. The golf course is beautiful, and the property is very clean. We have stayed at a home at the Montage in Maui last year and this is comparable to the quality. We loved it. I wish they had a roll away bed in the closet because the house is spacious enough. The end of the row position of the house makes it the best one! We will be back!

Fabulous House with beautiful views!

Very stayed at this beautiful home for 5 nights. I was with a group of college friends, celebrating our 50th birthday. There were 8 of us. The layout of the house and room size was perfect. Each bedroom had a bathroom attached which was key for our group. The house seemed very spacious! The decor is beautiful and classy. The kitchen was well stocked and even had extra things like baggies, tin foil, plastic wrap, and spices that are always needed in a vacation but you hate to buy. The landscaping outside was beautiful! The Beach and pool supplies provided were like new. About a 10 min walk to the beach or 3 min drive. Gorgeous views of the golf course with the water in the distance. Our group of 8 ladies can be particular- we’ve all been to Hawaii before and stayed at beautiful homes and resorts. We all agreed this was one of the best houses and that we would come. The property might be a bit pricey but you get what you pay for! It’s worth it!

Beautiful property, excellent location!

This home worked perfectly for our vacation with four couples. Everyone had a nice room, The kitchen was large and well-stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. The pool and spa were a huge plus. The location was great for golf (both watching people on the first fairway from the pool, and just a minute's drive to the club to play), and also close to the beach club and market. We'll rent again!
