The A/C went out and the owner was extremely quick to get it serviced and back in working order. We have stayed at this property many times and the owner has always been available if we had any questions or problems.

Stunning ocean front views! My family was very comfortable staying at this top floor condo. Easy walking access to the beach and the community has 2 pools and tennis courts. We had a great time on Amelia Island and would recommend this rental.

The absolute best thing about this property is the view. Glass picture window looking out onto the ocean 7 stories up facing the sunrise every morning. It is easy access to the beach and the pool. 5 of us girls travel the same week each year to Amelia Island and this is our “go to” condo when it is available.

It's a beautiful location with easy access to the beach. It's great that every bedroom has its own bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of seating in the living room and everything we needed in the kitchen.

Another fabulous trip at this great condo! Views are unmatched, sunrise is beautiful. Fully stocked with everything we needed. Comfy beds for our extended family. Beach chairs, toys and umbrella were appreciated. This was my four time staying and we’ll be back. Thanks!

Rob, our host was amazing! Very responsive. Condo was very comfortable, location and view were exceptional, beach was very clean and a great place to stretch our legs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Unit needs some work but nothing that kept us from feeling safe. The pull-out couch was dirty, so we used a blow-up mattress instead. All in all, a good experience. We stayed in this same unit 12 years ago. It fit our family nicely both times.

Great location and views

This was our second year staying in the condo and we booked for next year! It's conveniently located with beautiful views of the ocean. Access and checkin is easy and it has everything we need.

The condo, the host, the views, the beach, the town, the live oaks, everything was top-notch. Part of me hates recommending this as highly as it deserves because it might not be available next time!
Inside or out, the ocean views are incredible!
