The townhouse's location was great. Communication with the host was excellent. The unit was very clean and spacious, and the host responded quickly to questions. Everything was great. My only suggestion would be to add a TV in the 2nd bedroom.

Property was in a good location near downtown actvity. Host was very responsive and townhouse was as advertised, very clean and well laid out for two couples. We enjoyed our stay.

Great experience. The property was clean, wells stocked with essentials, great location, and the host was proactive and responsive from check-in to check-out, and if we needed anything, which we didn't, I am sure he would have taken care of it immediately. Overall a great stay.

This property was well furnished, well supplied and well located. Most important to satisfaction is how promptly the hosts respond if there's an issue. An exterminator was needed after just a few days to address insects. The hosts were quick to respond but shared walls with an unmanaged adjacent unit may mean the hosts can't do more than they did. Family members housed in this unit were nevertheless appreciative of the hosts' efforts.

Thank you, William, for having had your family stay with us on their recent trip to Raleigh. As you note, one wall of the unit is shared with the adjacent property that recently sold. Further, these units are from the 1950's and being in the South and depending on the weather we do get palmetto bugs from time to time. We appreciate guests letting us know whenever they see an issue and we promptly will respond with additional pest control. We also reached out to the HOA to have the crawl space treated as well as the property. I'm glad your family appreciated the response and do hope that they'd stay with us again on any future trip to Raleigh.

We loved our stay at Stephens. It was in a great location with a lot that was walkable. It is a quiet neighbourhood and the house itself was great and comfortable. The host was incredibly accomodating and responsive. We will stay here again.

The owners have taken great care with their decorating. It’s so nice to stay where the indoors is tasteful. The beds are the coziest with duvet covers that are clean for every guest. Also there are plenty of pillows for a pillow nut like me. We were able to walk to Cameron Village several times and also walk in a nearby park across the street. Great location!

The space was very clean and he perfect size for the three of us. The bathrooms and kitchen were impeccable. Both rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. Stephen has a directions to all the great spots close by. The Village was easily walkable and had multiple great spots for dining, coffee etc. Great stay, great communication with Stephen.

Home away from home!

We totally enjoyed our stay in this lovely, well-appointed townhome and would definitely stay here again on a return trip, as well as recommend it to anyone staying in the area!

Stephen was extremely responsive from start to finish. He always answered any questions in a very timely manner. The house was updated, clean and perfect for a small group and the location is perfect! Thank you Stephen for being a wonderful host!

Super cute neighborhood, quiet area. Close proximity to all of the attractions we were in town for.

The place is clean and cozy. Very nicely updated and decorated. The location is absolutely perfect and within walking distance to excellent shopping and restaurants. Loved going on back patio to enjoy my coffee each morning.

What a value! This is a well appointed town house with two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and a full kitchen. I booked it as a convenient place to stay while in Raleigh for work. The location is fantastic with plenty of tantalizing food options practically walkable. The neighborhood is extremely safe. The owners are friendly and take great care in providing a top tier experience. Whether you are in Raleigh for work, play or whatever life throws at your, this place will serve most anyone’s needs.

This is a very walkable neighborhood, with a sweet city park nearby and we easily reached Cameron Village on foot. The beds, showers, kitchen and living spaces are clean, well kept, and well appointed. Nothing frilly and everything we needed. This was our second stay and we'll be back. Stephen was easily reached for a quesion we had. Check-out rules are quite reasonable.The bedrooms are on the second floor and the stairs are a bit steep, if you have mobility issues. We were fine.

We moved to Raleigh 24 years ago from Charleston, SC. We have loved the Raleigh area. Will is a GC and does home renovation in the area and I am a physician working with a local CRO. We have also renovated several of our own homes over the last 24 years. We really enjoy renovating properties for others as well as ones that we've kept and used for rental in the Raleigh area.

This is the third unit we renovated in the area that is located w/in easy walking distance to The Village and is about 1-2 miles from the vibrant Glenwood South area and NC State. There are various restaurants that are within walking distance as well as shopping, antiquing, and bars available. The area is an older/traditional building and all the units we own are fully renovated with new kitchen/appliances and an open/modern and comfortable feel. Great back porch for relaxing when the weather allows!
