This gorgeous condo has been remodeled top to bottom and is the perfect place for your Maui stay. New décor throughout, including upgraded mattress in the King bedroom and on the fold out sleeper sofa. There is a newly added futon in the living room that can sleep an additional party, allowing for 5 guests comfortably. The spacious open concept floor plan can accommodate 4 people very comfortably. The two bathrooms are nice for families or friends traveling together, each has their own private facilities. Sit outside on the lanai and enjoy the ocean view and beauty that surrounds you. Kihei is noted for its year round sunshine, balmy trade winds, and soothing evening air. It is one of the driest and sunniest areas on the entire island!

CANCELLATION POLICIES AND OPTIONS:

.TRAVEL INSURANCE – Please look into this as your first line of defense, as it limits losses for both parties in this difficult time. All of the major booking sites offer trip insurance and you can purchase this protection directly at time of booking. Also, many credit cards do offer some sort of travel reimbursement as terms of their program, please check with your credit card company as well, should you chose not to protect your trip with the site you are booking this reservation with.

For bookings without Travel Insurance, we have the below options:

CANCELLATIONS - 30 DAYS or MORE before check-in, Renters will receive a FULL REFUND of the amounts paid less any travel insurance fee and minus a $99.00 + Tax Administrative Fee.

CANCELLATION - 29 DAYS or LESS before check-in, Renters will forfeit the total rental amount. The total rental includes all charges on the paid-in-full invoice.

There are NO REFUNDS for EARLY DEPARTURE.
