Fantastic place with fantastic owner

Great place and location with all the amenities and necessary items to enjoy your stay. Great comfy beds, close to services, parking on site + the beach. Would re-book this place in a heartbeat. Great communication + responsive owner.

Great

Family of 4 two kids 8 and 10, it was great to be walking distance to beach grocery and pool amazing place.

Just steps away from the beach

The condo is nicely appointed. A few very minor additions would make it just perfect (perhaps another chair in the living room, a more comfortable dining set on the patio, plastic wrap, tin foil, and more small paring knives in the kitchen). But the property grounds are lovely and you are just steps away from an incredible beach that you can walk for miles on. Plus, watch every sunset, as well as whales and sea turtles!! The condo is also located just a half block from a great grocery store, restaurants and many other amenities. It really was the perfect place for our vacation.

Comfortable unit

The cleanliness and tasteful furnishings are very nice, and above all, the light brightness regulators make it easy to work on tables, etc. The only problem I had was that the door code was changed without prior notice, which was surprising.

Paradiesisch

Die gesamte Anlage macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit den Eigentümern und der Agentur vor Ort verlief problemlos, ebenso der Check-in und der Check-out. Die gesamte Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und die Ausstattung war sehr gut.

Nice place. Great owners

This place was really nice just a few “cons” some that was addressed by the owner and a few that they have no control over. Our visit was 2 weeks. 1. The “full time” residents were NOT welcoming to renters. We had a lady video our grandkids playing on the lawn just to be able to complain about them. 2. To many pool rules for kids. No jumping, no splashing, no loud voices, no pool toys, etc…..seriously how you do keep kids from not jumping in the pool!! 3. The unit doesn’t have a dresser to put your folding cloths in. I contacted the owner and she was extremely responsive and assured me that this would be addressed on her next visit to the island. 4. No washer/dryer in unit. There is a coin laundry very close to the unit. Be sure to bring quarters as the changer at the pool was out of coins for 2 days. The pros: 1. The owners are AMAZING. The couple issues that we had were handled almost immediately. 2. There is a contact person on property that is awesome as well. Her husband came over to look at an AC issue we were having. 3. The location is great!! You literally are right at the beach. The condo has TONS of beach items for you to use. 4. The unit was super clean and well stocked. 5. The beds were comfortable. 6. You are within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, park, & beach. Pro/con The pool area has 2 grills that are VERY POPULAR!! If you’re going to grill go early !! Overall we were very pleased with our stay. We would highly recommend staying at this property. The ONLY reason I gave 4 overall stars was because the lack of drawers. We were there for 2 weeks and basically had to live out of our suitcases. I’m the type of person that likes to unpack & have everything put away. The owner assured me hay this would be addressed.

Didn't want to leave

This was probably the nicest VRBO I've stayed at. It was in excellent condition, clean, with all the amenities you could want. The location was great, near the grocery store and the beach. Great patio for eating breakfast. A nice quiet neighborhood. I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Great location in Kihei

We had a wonderful trip staying here. Everything you need is in walking distance and the property owner is very communicative.

Perfect spot

Location was great. Property was clean and just what we were looking for. We did not explore the beach there but it was a super short walking distance. Would stay there again!

Great host, great location.

The host was super responsive with any questions, usually replying back in a matter of minutes. The condo is with in a 2 min walk of a grocery store and a great beach is right across the street. Property has a great pool and a hot tub, with a really nice pavilion with an outdoor kitchen. Had a great time here and will recommend to friends in the future.
