Walk to shops, restaurants or right across the street to the beach. Kamaole Beach Park III boasts gorgeous coastline for swimming and snorkeling or just a wonderful sunset. When in season you can see the whales frolicking and jumping right from shore.

Only downside was room was very hot because ac wasn’t on, but it cooled down and was very effective. Home was plenty stocked with everyday essentials such as knives, plates, tupplewear, towels. The night stand had games and even a WEIGHT SCALE! Hands down one of the best VRBO we stayed in. Not to mention it was VERY spacious

The host called to welcome us, and also later to make sure all is good. Amenities were as described, and tho a ceiling fan didn’t work, there was a floor fan to help. The location could not have been better - right across the street from the beach, and walking distance to coffee/food!!! Loads of amazing whale sightings!

This is our second time on Maui staying at the Hale Kamaole, and the first time in this particular unit. We have been really happy with both stays, our other stay was also on the top floor, and admittedly we could see the ocean a bit better. That said, the location here is central, the pools and grounds are lovely, parking is easy, and the beach access is unbeatable. The unit itself had everything we needed for a family of three, plus grandparents. It was exceptionally clean as well; I have stayed in similarly clean units all over Hawai'i but here, I literally never saw a bug indoors, so kudos to management! The unit is a little bit dated, and might not be the flashiest, but it works great for us and we loved it. My only suggestion is to fix the lanai door, as it sticks a bit. Thanks again for a wonderful stay in Kihei.

The hosts are great at communicating. They made checking in a breeze. Once I was checked in they called to ensure everything went well and asked if I needed any assistance with anything. I enjoy making breakfast before heading out the door and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed for any meal I wanted to prepare.

Great location

Excellent location…right across from the beach. Clean and comfortable. The only downside is there were no beach chairs provided. A small cooler would have been nice too

Great Experience

Nicely furnished condo, very well maintained & perfectly located. Nice pool for the kids to have fun. Elevators to 3rd floor really helped with loading & unloading! Plenty of parking. Starter supplies in kitchen, bathrooms & bedrooms. I would definitely come back again!

Great place to stay

This was a perfect location. We had a partial view of the ocean from our lanai and got to see a few whales. It was perfect for 5 adults, as it had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a loft with a full bed. There was more then enough dishes and cutlery and a few spices. There was plenty of towels, including beach towels. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. One thing we would have liked was to have access to beach chairs and boggie boards.

This was a wonderful apartment for our family- two bedrooms and a loft which has a bed; truly perfect for us. The kitchen was stocked well, all appliances worked and served our purposes. The location was perfect as well.
