Enjoy your first cup of coffee while taking in the fresh mountain air on the private balcony, then use the well-equipped kitchen to whip up a delicious breakfast before a day up on the slopes. The Snowflake Lift is just a few steps away, so you'll be among the first on the mountain to shred the fantastic ski runs. You'll love thawing out next to the suite's gas fireplace with a ballgame or movie playing on TV. Pick up a special bottle of wine from Continental Divide Winery, then put on a dinner party with friends. You'll love serving your guests at the dining table, and the kids will have plenty of barstool seating at the breakfast bar.
This condo comes with an abundance of on-site amenities as well, including a hot tub, a heated pool, and even a game room with air hockey and Ping-Pong, so you'll never run out of fun things to do while you're here.
As for Breckenridge, there's something to do no matter the time of year! Visit Dillon Reservoir for great hot-weather lake activities like stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, kayaking, and freshwater fishing. In the winter, you'll even find ice fishing available. You'll also love the views from the Lily Pad Lake Trail, the Spruce Creek Trail, and the Blair Witch Trail.

The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa at Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky.
Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals, and the CU Tavern.
Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limits of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
