Perfect spot for Cedar Rapids stay

We had 3 couples stay at this house for a concert at McGrath Amphitheater and it was perfect. Very close to many things in town. Will definitely stay again when in town!

This is a very cute and quaint little spot in Cedar Rapids, suitable for up to 6 people. 2.5 baths is helpful so you aren't tripping over each other. We arrived just shortly after our check in time and the house was ready to go for us. The beds and pillows are comfy, there were plenty of towels for us to use and there's a cute little backyard with furniture that can be used for sitting and relaxing. We would definitely recommend it and would stay again in the future. There could be a few more dishes and silverware in the cabinets and some of the electrical outlets didn't work (if it weren't for the electrical outlets, they'd get a 5 Star rating). On a positive, we didn't hear any trains while we were there, but I don't think that would have been that big of an issue either. The host was very responsive to our questions prior to our arrival and sent all the necessary information a few days prior to check in. The garage was easy to use and the nearby parking lot was very convenient for additional cars. It's a great find in Cedar Rapids (and close to Iowa City if that's your ultimate destination for the duration of your stay).

Wedding weekend

We rented both houses for a family wedding in Cedar Rapids and enjoyed our stay. The rentals were centrally located and had everything we needed.

Great location

Stayed in both cottages with our family. They were within walking distance to Farmer’s Market, restaurants, and downtown Cedar Rapids. Great fit for us. Very comfortable homes.

Wonderful stay, quite neighborhood even though you’re close to the tracks I never heard the train. Beautifully decorated all the comfort of home.

Nice Home

The house was nice and clean-basically brand new. Plenty of room and comfortable beds. The house is easily walkable to nearby coffee shops and bars/restaurants.

Perfect BoHo Cottage Plus

This was a top notch VRBO experience. Perfect stay for my family of 6 adults. Kitchen island worked well for us to socialize around. Great showers and super comfortable beds with quality linens. Ample parking in the adjacent lot. Within walking distance on New BoHo, Czech Village and the Alliant Energy Center. Great stay.

Excellent Location

It was in a great location and beautiful. We were in Cedar Rapids for a gymnastics meet at Alliant Convention Center. It was a quick drive there. We would have walked if the weather was better. Great city with lots of great local restaurants and stores.

Great location and great home

We stayed at this home while dropping off our son at Coe College. The location was amazing-walking distance to NewBo and Czech Village. The home was well stocked with anything you may need and the beds were so comfortable. We loved having a garage, too. The decor was very well done. We would definitely stay here again!

Coming Home to Cedar Rapids

We stayed at the cottage for 10 days during a trip to visit family and friends. It was great to have a comfortable and cozy place to land. Loved being able to walk to coffee, bookstore, deli and local restaurants. The little house was perfect for us! Thank you so much!!
