Several of Perdido's top restaurants are directly across the street within walking distance, as well as shops, cafes, and snow cones. All ages enjoy the pace of Perdido, an island filled with natural beauty and free of the hustle and bustle of commercialism and the common "touristy" feel. Perdido Sun was wonderful! We always enjoy this building and amenities but really enjoyed our unit this trip. It was the perfect size and our host was very accommodating. We highly recommend this rental.

Lots of good things about this property. Only one elevator worked so it made it difficult to get around. There had been smoking in the room, but I don't fault the owner, Just needs a deep clean to remove odor. Overall good stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location; there is a dedicated beach with umbrella/chair services for a fee, but the condo property has adequate umbrella/chairs (no additional fee) in a storage closet, as well. The property is next to other condos, but we never felt crowded, and it's a moderate walk to more secluded beaches. Outdoor patio offers a decent overlook of the beach and pool. There was a wait for the busy elevator (one of two was out of operation, and I didn't see anyone working to fix it), especially on weekend check-in/out days. Overall a great weekend get-away!

Property is just as represented and a wonderful accommodating host. My son and I stayed here for a few days and was a clean spacious spot for us to stay and enjoy Perdido Key.

Amazing view, cozy, beachy vibe in well stocked condo with ample towels. Great pool and close to shops and restaurants. The owner was very kind, hospitable and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo

The condo location was perfect and within walking distance of three restaurants. The view was amazing! The condo was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed our stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo. It is in a great location, and was very clean and comfortable. The owner was so easy to work with. We enjoyed the gorgeous views from the balcony with several dolphin sightings! The beach was not crowded and we sure enjoyed and appreciated having the use of the owners beach chairs!

Property was very clean and well stocked with supplies. Great location, with pool and full beach view. Conveniently located for great restaurants, grocery chains and other retail locations. Communication throughout entire process with host (Craige) was exceptional. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying here again.
