Your private spacious private balcony has entrances from both the living room and primary bedroom. Upscale furnishings provide a fresh and comfortable vacation accommodation and feature stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a fully equipped kitchen that includes everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals at the condo. The primary bedroom features a plush king sized bed and en suite bath with jetted tub and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two full-size beds providing a comfortable sleeping arrangement for your family and friends. Both bedrooms have flat-screen televisions to enjoy your favorite shows or your gaming console. The condo also comes with free wifi for those looking to stay connected or who need to squeeze in a bit of work .
The resort amenities are perfect for play-time including tennis courts, a large oasis style pool, seasonally heated separate lap pool, a large hot tub, and of course, beach access. Guests of PKRM are invited to take advantage of complimentary adventures via our Perdido Keys To Fun Program. Book a complimentary adventure (one per day of your reservation) for Lost Key golf, deep sea fishing, local waterway cruises and even admission to OWA Amusement Park and it's respectable roller coaster! This property was clean, quiet, and exactly as listed. Check-in was a breeze and the property manager was frequently in touch and easily accessible. We discovered a small water leak from a water heater pipe (normal corrosion, nothing extreme) and they were quick to respond and schedule a plumber - staying in communication with us about the process and what to expect. Excellent customer service!The condo itself was comfortable, beds were great, and kitchen well stocked. Pool and hot tub are great and the beach access (gate and rinsing off hoses) is the best we’ve ever seen - quick, spread out, and no log jams of people coming back from the beach!We would definitely stay here again!

Room needs improvement, toilets weren't clean, mildew in the shower, mold growing under the bathroom sinks, TV too hard to figure out how to use, etc

Great Condo

This was one of the nicest condo's we have stayed in at Perdido Beach. Just be aware that there are no basic kitchen supplies (for example salt and pepper, sugar, coffee filters). The packing list suggest that you can buy all of these locally. But if you are driving, I would suggest to pack them, especially if you don't want to run to the store after traveling there.

Less than expected

The Palacio is beautiful however this condo was less than expected. The kitchen was not well stocked and the dishwasher did not work well. Did not get dishes clean. Bed linens in spare room were not clean and when I changed the sheets, the mattress was heavily stained. Should be discarded.

Not handicap friendly

We had a little problem checking in. We didn't realize we didn't check in at the condo. You actually go across the street. The people at the cono did not tell us this, they just said they did not show a reservation for us. Luckily the building next door told us where to go and I called to makesure. The view was beautiful, the condo was cute and the free chairs and umbrella was very nice. The condo does need a deep clean and light bulbs changed. They were doing work on the building and my friend that was with me is handicap and has a hard time walking very fair. There were no handicap parking spots so we dropped her off at the door and had to park across the road. We were okay with this because we were told before we came that parking might be a problem with the construction. We did run into a very big problem when the elevator access was blocked. My friend cannot walk up stairs and we had to set and wait 45 minutes till we could use the elevator from the ground floor. I also cut my hand on a rusty door I had to use to go up the stairs to get my friend a drink while she waited. I have pictures of the door and dirt if you would like to see them.

Our team does send out a text message on the day of arrival to ensure guests know where to go at check-in. We will also suggest a deep clean for the unit and ensure that the burnt-out bulbs are replaced. Regarding the construction issues, we would have notified the property during your stay to see what was going on. However, we will pass these complaints along to them. We do hope that these bad experiences did not sour your entire trip as we would love to have you stay with us again.

Our stay was very pleasant and the place was very clean.The view from the balcony is breathtaking and you are only steps away from the beach.The host and resort staff were very quick at responding. Would stay again.

Great location

Great location. Wonderful weather. The unit was nice, missing a few items, like measuring cups and the floor were dirty. But overall a nice unit.
