Our top floor condominium has unobstructed views of the Gulf of America.

Sandy Key is one of the largest beach front properties in the Florida Panhandle with over 790 feet of beach front. Our newly painted and furnished unit has a large private balcony overlooking sandy white beaches and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Perdido Key was rated as the top 5 beaches by Conde Nast. Sandy Key is just a few minutes walk to the Gulf Island National Seashore with beautiful sand dunes and a variety of wildlife. Balcony sunrises and sunsets are stunning! Sandy Key's beach is a private beach for owners, renters and friends. Wrist bands are provided to allow only those owners, renters and guests are allowed on the beach.
Our condo has been completely remodeled and refurnished including custom draperies, flat screen HD TV's are in both bedrooms and living room. DVD provided in living room also. Wireless internet is available throughout the unit. Beautifully decorated kitchen with full size stainless steel appliances and all kitchen essentials provided. For your convenience a full size washer and dryer are provided in the condo.

Sandy Key has two swimming pools, one heated, a hot tub, exercise room and tennis courts and the most beautiful beach on the Key.

We provide all linens including bedding, bath and kitchen towels. This is our personal condo that we think you will truly enjoy! Call Charlie for details 281-690-3317

Absolutely beautiful and stunning property at Sandy Key in Perdido Key Florida! Clean? Comfortable? Oh yeah! Ocean views? Oh yeah! Dolphins off the balcony in the morning? Oh yeah! Pool, hot tub, and short walk to the beach? Oh yeah! Not to mention great restaurants! Love perdido Key! GREAT property! Thanks Charlie!

My family enjoyed the condo. It was very clean and the view was outstanding. Our communication with the hosts was wonderful. We arrived early and they let us check in a couple of hours early, which was greatly appreciated.The only reason for four stars is that the elevator was extremely loud. I understand that this is no fault of the hosts, because again, we really loved the place.Management should look into fixing the elevator.Thanks so much!

Loved the patio overlooking the beach and hearing the ocean. Amazing view!!The condo kind of smelled like dog and carpet was terribly stained and needs to be replaced. Condo had everything you need and loved they had beach chairs in the storage area available for renters.

We enjoyed our annual stay at Sandy Key, and Charlie’s place was a good place to do it. The location is central to great restaurants and is immediately beachfront. The porch was great to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee in the morning and set in the evening. Thanks for the letting us rent your place!

We had such a wonderful experience here! The views of the ocean were breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves was pure magic. The building was spotless and very well-maintained, which made our stay feel even more relaxing. The beds were super comfortable, and the living area was spacious and cozy—perfect for lounging after a day at the beach. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway!

Great place to stay, we loved the cleanliness of the unit and the views were amazing. Would love to stay here again. This place is a hidden gem, and the area is very nice slow pace. Cannot say enough good things!

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I loved our stay this past weekend! The condo was just as described. Easy check in and check out. The location was perfect, we was in a couple of miles of some great restaurants! We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay

Great location and perfect unit for us. The building is close to state parks and great restaurants, but still has a feeling of being a bit secluded. Excellent communication and responsiveness from the owner.

Excellent views and beach!

Great condo, enjoyed lots of time on the nice sized balcony enjoying the great views and liked having it half covered to enjoy a rainy afternoon. Comfortable beds and we loved the overall property. Appreciated having access to the private storage for beach chairs/toys and the owners were quick to respond on any questions. Really enjoyed the week with our family!

Beth was awesome! The stay was amazing. They were very fast to respond to any concerns we had, and the pictures are very accurate for the property! You’re beach side, 8th floor, and everything described is as expected!

Amazing get away

My husband and I loved this property. The owner was great to work with. The unit was clean and comfy. The condo facilities were kept very clean as well. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Overall we loved it and will be coming back in the future.

Great condo and location

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Even during peak season, the complex and beach never felt overcrowded. Having access to the storage unit on the first floor for beach chairs, etc. was especially nice. The unit is well stocked with everything you would need during your stay. Dealing with the owner (Beth) leading up to our stay, was easy as well. I will definitely look to book this condo in the future.

You will find Sandy Key a very family oriented Condo Complex. With the large beach frontage, the density on our beach is very low especially compared to other condos especially on holiday weekends.
