Amazing sunsets and walking access to Mecox beach is combined with a full suite of amenities, including a waterside heated gunite pool, outdoor living and dining areas, and multiple viewing terraces with sunset vistas.

Built and designed with imported Italian materials and craftsmanship the residence features the finest custom details including Venetian plaster walls and ceilings, Murano glass chandeliers and fixtures, Botticino marble, terra cotta roof tiles, custom fireplaces, and intricate iron work.

We had a lovely time during our stay at Pointe Mecox! Romita and the team were incredibly responsive and accommodating. The property was well located and very peaceful.

Wonderful property the best location possible in the Hampton Could use a update fresh paint but an amazing house and amazing location you can't beat If you want to impress pick it!

House served the purpose of having my family of 15 all together. Had to pay extra fee for the 3 extra members which I had no issue in doing so. The house was big enough to accommodate everyone. Location was great. 10 mins walking to beach, 8-10 mins drive to town. Hampton Classic Horse Show a 10 minute drive. House can be taken care of a lot more. The entrance has beautiful stones but stains and cracks take away the feel. Kitchen was big yet had multiple issues. Didn't get to use oven due to an error message, outlets in the kitchen weren't working. Could use an air fryer, (Personal reference). Living room & tv room were spacious. No cable on tvs. Doors to the back yard are old have to push to close them. There are 3 standing showers and the rest are tubs with showers. Spilling of the water because of no doors on the tubs it's a lot. Hot water does run out quick if all bathrooms are in used so keep that in mind. Master bathroom is spacious, has a walk-out to the balcony. It rain most of the weekend. Check in Friday & I notified the host that the pool didn't seem cleaned to me and I requested for at least a skimmer. Saturday afternoon finally had some sun and wanted to enjoy the pool but the pool had some worm looking things in the bottom of the pool. I sent pics to the host and the response was that it happens when it rains but they are harmless unfortunately no one wanted to get in. House had humidity, mosquitos & ants. Had to change lightbulbs. Not worth the price spent.

Wonderful stay

The property was perfect for our large group. Exactly as described and in a very convenient location with fantastic sunsets. Romita is an incredibly responsive and helpful host!

Idyllic location, challenging stay.

Our group of 10 adults booked this stay as our first visit to The Hamptons. The home's positive attributes included: 1) outstanding location; 2) outstanding physical property; 3) beautiful outdoor pool and backyard area; 4) very nice interior and spacious layout. The home's challenges included: a) hot water was unreliable (even after the owner had pilot light fixed); b) HVAC was unbalanced and not working at all in master; c) ceiling displayed water stains in multiple areas. In short, the physical setting and structure of the home were lovely but the inner workings/systems need to be made reliable. Perhaps some deferred maintenance investments would vastly improve the quality of the stay for future guests.

Property setting was beautiful. Good communication and easy check in. Very spacious. The listing indicated it was fully updated, however, only some things were updated. The house in general needed some attention. For the price I would’ve expected the house to be more updated and better appointed. We didn’t feel it was worth the price.
