You will love our beautiful 3-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath oceanfront home, located in the serene, 30-acre gated Puamana community of low-rise townhomes in West Maui. While the Lahaina fire impacted parts of the community, our home has been professionally cleaned and offers a peaceful retreat with stunning ocean views. The grounds remain beautifully landscaped with palm, mango, and banyan trees, allowing guests to continue enjoying the tropical beauty of the area.

Unfortunately, the historic clubhouse and some amenities were lost to the fire, and two of the three swimming pools, including the adult oceanfront pool, are currently undergoing maintenance. However, Puamana continues to provide a unique island experience, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax. The Dolphin Pool remains open and available for guests to enjoy.

Our oceanfront vacation home, located just 25 feet from the water, features a spacious, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and high-quality appliances. The tropically furnished, expansive oceanfront living room is the ideal place to relax with friends and family.

The master bedroom offers a king-size bed with spectacular ocean views, where you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves and wake to the sunrise through the coconut palms. The second bedroom has a queen bed and views of the majestic Maui mountains, while the third-floor loft bedroom has two twin beds with both ocean and mountain views. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for larger parties. All rooms have ceiling fans, and portable air conditioners are available in each of the bedrooms for added comfort.

Relax on the oceanfront lanai, feel the ocean breeze, and enjoy paradise. You’re just steps away from the water, perfect for kayaking, surfing, or boogie boarding. A short walk brings you to a sandy beach where the water laps gently at the shore. Children can play on the grassy lawn right in the backyard, and nothing beats watching a Hawaiian sunset while sipping a mai tai from your private lanai.

Despite the changes, our home remains a beautiful and tranquil getaway for those looking to experience Maui’s natural beauty.

Family Stay

Pumana was a beautiful area. We arrived just before a huge storm and the 2nd night of our stay there was a leak in the ceiling from the heavy rain fall. We got in touch with the property manager and he helped us move to a different property. We were thankful for his help and kindness. We were extremely happy with our stay.

Disappointing rental

The rental had multiple disappointing issues. Some are listed: the house had cockroaches, centipedes, spiders and ants in the kitchen and bathrooms. The AC didn’t work twice during our stay. The master bedroom had no door or windows that opened. The AC in the master bedroom barely worked. We relied one the room fan for air circulation. The rental was bare minimum cheap on supplies, considering how much we paid for 21 days stay!

A wonderful visit cut short by the tragic Lahaina fire

We found our rental unit quite adequate for our family party of 8. Our first four days were filled with the activities we had looked forward to doing since we began planning the trip: snorkeling, body surfing, beach hiking, shopping, checking out new places to eat, pictures under the banyan tree, watching the sunset at the Haleakala summit, and soaking up the warm Hawaii sun at our beach front rental. About four days into our stay, the winds kept increasing (and we were informed that they weren't trade winds but a hurricane), the power poles blew down, we lost power, and trees and branches were falling all over the property, and we had to remain inside. Then we happened to see the tremendous black cloud of smoke to the north in downtown Lahaina, and we immediately started to pack our bags. We were soon ordered to evacuate and thankfully we were ready to do so. We spent the last two days of our trip in a condo in Kihei. Our hearts go out to all the people of Lahaina who have lost loved ones, their homes and their livelihood. We have been told that our unit survived the fire, but many other buildings were destroyed. We thank God for His protection and provision for our family

Amazing Ocean Sunsets from Backyard

Eight of us stayed at the property for 4 nights. Everything was as described. Property was clean and ready at check-in time, contact person responded quickly, and it's a great location. Really can't say enough about the view out the back......ocean steps away and incredible sunsets every night. Even woke up one night at 3:30 to see a beautiful full moon over the water out my window. So lovely. We needed a blow up bed and forgot to bring one. We found one on the property which was great except it didn't hold air the whole night......had to blow up again in the middle of the night. But it was great that it was there for us to use and it saved us a trip to go buy one! Overall everything was excellent and I would stay there again in a heart beat!!

Views are amazing!

Nice condo located in Lahina at the end of the complex so you get great privacy and a quiet location. The view from the master bedroom is amazing! Overall it's a great spot for 6-8 people, the 3rd bedroom is really a kid room as it has vaulted low ceilings so adults would have to bend over. All rooms has there own A/C so you can stay cool. The beach is rocky there but if you go to the 2nd access area and straight into the water there you will find a small area with little to no rocks. Overall great stay and location.

Beautiful views and comfortable stay

The views are amazing and sitting on the patio overlooking the ocean is bliss. The kitchen is well-stocked with updated appliances. When we arrived the upstairs bedroom needed the AC unit to be replaced but the property manager was prompt and replaced it the next morning. The dryer also decided to stop working so we didn’t get to use the laundry but the manager provided clean beach towels for our stay. My only complaints are the floors were not very clean (we like to take off shoes indoors but had to keep them on during our stay) and there was a funky musty smell but got used to it after a couple days. Communication with the manager was very good and prompt.

Great spot!

Everything was great except beach access was too far from the unit, the complex needs to add another entry point at the south end of complex The only access is at the north end and the center. Inconvenient for the units at the south end. The unit as well, equipped with beach, chairs, towels, toys The views are amazing!

Gorgeous patio

We had a fantastic time staying at this house. 5 minutes from downtown Lahaina, shops, marina, restaurants and all the activities you could want. The properly was a little dirty on the floors but everything else was smooth and enjoyable

Wonderful Stay!

We were at this property for two weeks and our family had a wonderful stay! You can’t beat the location so close to Lahaina and right on the ocean. We really enjoy the views and listening to the waves! The house is well equipped with everything you need. The only warning we have is the ceiling height in the bedroom with the twin beds. Great for kids but low for adults! We would highly recommend this as a place to stay!

Location, location, location

This property was awesome! The location was great. The view from the lanai is incredible. The unit is at the southern most end of the property. So, it was quiet and secluded.

Picture Perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 272-1 is exactly as described. The unit was clean and in good condition. The unit had beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards that we used and appreciated. The management company's communicate before and during our stay was just perfect (clear and concise). Location was 4 star for distance to the pools and clubhouse. We came with 3 other families whose units were around the clubhouse so it was not convenient to visit. However, privacy and direct ocean view made up for it. The distance to Lahaina town is definite 5 star. The only other issue we had was the 3rd bedroom which did not have pictures on the website which concerned us before booking this unit. Our concern was justified because it was like an "attic" bedroom. If the people staying in this room are tall then it could be a problem. My boys are both 5'5 so it was fine but be aware. It was also hotter than the other rooms but the small bedroom air conditioner was fine. Would I rent this unit again? Probably if there are no other units closer to the clubhouse that are ocean front.

Lahaina Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Lahaina. The location of the property was incredible. Beach walks in the morning were accented by monk seals playing in the water, literal feet away from us. We also saw sea turtles multiple times. The property comfortably fit six people of multiple generations. The location was wonderful for front street and numerous beaches.

Relaxing 3 Bedroom Oceanfront

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was very good! The rental company managing the unit was very responsive. As shared with the management company, there were some general maintenance issues. Cleaning could be improved, like the floors being washed/mopped (I wiped them as my feet got dirty walking across the floor) and that someone (Maintance or cleaning person) checks the grill for cleaning (I had to cleaning it as the bottom was full of grease) and the vent from the dryer to the exterior (vent line full of lint & sand). The design and layout of the unit was very relaxing and you felt that the ocean was part of the unit itself. Location is amazing. Rental managers were very responsive and very nice.

Wonderful!

We traveled recently with my parents and our 18 month old and had an amazing time at this property. The beach access was easy to get to, the view was incredible, and the location was perfect for visiting the Lahaina baby beach (perfection), my parents took a few kayak and snorkel tours nearby while baby napped, we found the place to be restful and comfortable. It's not super private, but we found all of our neighbors to be friendly and relaxed. A perfect jumping off point for a family, we'd love to visit again.

Family condo for 50th

Family condo for 50th Our Beach side condo fit our three couples plus one grandchild very well. The condo features are all top-quality – bed kitchen etc. The location near Lahaina right on the beach in a low rise townhouse was really fun. They community facilities, pool, beach access were all a half a mile away and no bicycle was provided. Waterfront Convenience

Gorgeous waterfront views from this property. I stayed here with my spouse, 2 sons in their 20’s and their girlfriends. The kitchen is updated and fully stocked. Plenty of towels and beach towels. We rented paddle boards and had them dropped off at the property and getting on the beach is a short walk through the property. Beach restoration is in process so you can’t access the beach directly from the unit, but it wasn’t a big deal. The property is gated and secure. We enjoyed our stay and it was convenient to restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay here again.
