Hanalei Bay Resort overlooks Hanalei Bay from a tropical, lush 28 acres in Princeville. Beautiful ocean and Bali Hai views are everywhere on this property. Beach access is provided down a long, fair grade, paved path, and the resort staff offer convenient golf cart rides to the beach below. With four new artificial turf and two new hard courts as well as 6 new pickleball courts added to this world ranked tennis resort, everyone is sure to find their groove. Onsite restaurant, pizza oven, and coffee shop, concierge and fitness center, there is little need to ever leave!

Step out onto the spacious lanai and take in the beautiful mountain and ocean view as you sip your relaxing morning coffee. This unit is conveniently located close to the parking lot, pool and amenities. Amazing sunset views from the fire pit area and an onsite bar/lounge for an evening of local music and food. Great view, very handy and functional kitchenette. The big pool on the property was quite large. We were even able to swim laps if we got the right one it opened at 9 AM.

Room had dirty cups, dusty, no coffee cups and no coffee. Glad we brought our own. AC wasn’t turned on until we did it. Just expected more from a nice resort like that.

The unit was as described and shown in the pictures. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was helpful. We enjoyed lots of time at the beach, in the pool and on the lanai.

Such a beautiful place to stay along the north shore of Kauai. The room was great such breathtaking views of the mountains sling Hanalei Bay to wake up to every morning. The resort is just icing on top of a beautiful place. Loved the hot tub/pool area and the convenient cart rides to & from the secluded beach that host amazing snorkeling and views of big wave surfers.

Very nice resort, location of unit was excellent and views were pretty despite gray skies and rain the entire time. The unit is small but very functional for 2 adults. The only thing lacking is a good way/place to hang wet clothes, towels, etc.. The restaurants and resort facilities were all very nice. excellent value.

Such an incredible place to stay! This condo has everything you could possibly need and the view was spectacular. The building is also nice and close to the parking lot and restaurants. The washer and dryer was an added bonus. We will definitely stay here again. The next time we come to Kauai you just won’t believe how beautiful the grounds are!

Hanalei bay resort is beautiful! We loved the pool, beach, snorkeling, tennis and pickle ball all available at the resort! The view from the room was beautiful! Loved having coffee on the lanai looking at the mountains and the rainbows! The room is small but fine for 2 people. Bed was very comfortable and we loved waking up to the gorgeous view. I advised the host that it could use a bit of TLC in the bathroom and on the Lanai… they have chairs and coolers for bogie boards for you to use as well!

Great view! We liked walking down to the beach and taking a resort golf cart back. The beach is nice, we saw a few turtles while snorkeling.The room is extremely close to the restaurants in the resort. For us this was a downside since we heard the music from our lanai

Cleanliness was disappointing, and communication between the resort and host to resolve the concerns was clunky. I notified the property of the cleaning concerns within 24 hr, but my message was missed. I reached out to two other contacts before the property got back to me. By then, it was too late to fix the issue during my 4-night stay. They did eventually agree to a minor refund towards a portion of the cleaning fee. Parking was tight. Because this building shares the parking lot with the restaurants, staff are often double parking cars / shuffling cars during the busy restaurant hours to make sure some spaces are still open for resort guests while also giving some space for restaurant-goers. There is a chance you might have to wait for a valet representative to move a car out of the way for you to get in or out during peak times.We did appreciate the great location of this unit. The view was lovely and we enjoyed getting to hear the nightly live music right from our deck that came from the resort’s restaurant nearby. We also enjoyed the beach access and the option to be picked up and dropped off by resort staff on their golf cart.
