Namolokama and its spectacular waterfalls, Hanalei Bay, lava rock pool, tropical gardens with 6 tennis courts, 4 asphalt, 2 synthetic grass and 4 Pickle ball courts, with lessons and instruction by Peter Burwash International Tennis. Lobby, exercise, and hospitality suite in refurbished administration building. The condo includes oversized lanai with table, chairs, and lounge chair. Full bath with changing room, new W/D as of Dec. 1, 2024, fully equipped kitchenette, cathedral ceiling with fan, Mango wood 9 drawer dresser, 50 inch Roku smart TV with streaming through your personal and displayed apps, high speed digital wireless internet, remote control A/C, sitting area. Resort fee $45/day and one time check in fee, $50.00, which are NOT included in the VRBO fees and are collected at time of check in, includes tennis, pickle ball, parking, local phone calls, valet car service, and daily pool towel exchange at the front desk, outdoor gas grills, fire pits with seating area, Wi-Fi, valet parking, lobby, exercise and hospitality suites, tennis, and hot tub, 2 swimming pools, local phone calls, shuttle service, Sundry shop, business center. Happy Talk lounge and restaurant is open from 3-9 pm with live music. Rate for Jan. 1, 2024-Jan. 1, 2027 is $239/night, 18% lodging fee, $45/day Resort Fee, $50 one time check in fee, $25 open fee, $175 cleaning fee. Daily Resort Fee includes valet parking, daily pool towel exchange, Wi-Fi, use of hospitality and exercise rooms, hot tub, both pools and 8 tennis courts.
