And yep, fair note on parking — when both sides are full of big crews, it turns into a bit of a "pack and stack" on a beach lot but you should be able to get 5-6 big size vehicles per side, a bit more when you stack well, or slide one under the home too. Thanks so much for the 5-star review — we’re thrilled you enjoyed your stay at Sea Monster East! 🌊 Sounds like you made the most of that beachfront location and those views — hard to beat! We’re glad the home worked well for your group and that the kitchen had everything you needed. 🙌 You’re absolutely right about the stairs — by coastal code, all homes here start one level up (storms and all that 🌬️), and duplex-style homes like Sea Monster tend to be more of a “straight shot up”… a little bonus cardio for the beach week! 💪😉 For future stays, we do have a mix of options — some stand-alone homes with landings, a few with single-level living once you’re inside, and even a couple with elevators for larger groups. Something for everyone depending on what you’re after! We’d love to host you again anytime — and if you ever need more space, renting both sides together turns Sea Monster into a full 16-bedroom setup perfect for big gatherings. I am curious... you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ starred the west side, but this side (east) got a 4, albeit with superlative, super nice, narrative, so I am curious what may have caused the one ⭐️ to walk away on this side? Might be an error, but always looking for things to improve! Sounds, though, like you had the perfect time in both sides so my guess is error. 😉 Thanks so much for rebooking for 2026!
