This beautiful gulf front unit is located on the fifth floor with a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is decorated in earth tones with tile in the kitchen, bathrooms and living room with carpet in the bedroom. The master bedroom has a lovely comfortable queen bed adjacent to the master bathroom with a walk-in shower and beautiful double vanity. The guest bath is a full bath for all your guest needs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals for all your entertaining needs. The living room has a queen sofa bed that will suit all your company. You can access the lovely balcony through the living room sliding glass door and relax the evening away watching the sun go down. This unit includes 2 TV's, VCR, DVD player, internet access, CD stereo system and a washer and dryer. All linen and towels are provided for your comfort. Please be advised that Waters Edge is not a pet-friendly property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Condo was great, very spacious and clean. My wife did say the bunk beds had dirt in them and had not been cleaned very well. But overall, it was a great stay.

Beautiful View

The condo was clean and stocked with kitchen & bath products for our stay. The pool and beach were both just a few minutes walk away and the chair service was much appreciated. It’s also conveniently located close to restaurants & attractions nearby. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our engagement

The room was very clean and comfortable, provided the perfect spot for us to get engaged on the beach! Booking, check in and check out were so quick and painless, the biggest effort on our whole trip was driving there. Will definitely consider vacasa for our next vacation.

Family Stay

Overall, the room was nice. There were plenty of towels and everything was clean. The view from the balcony was wonderful! My only complaint was that the washing machine leaked. Otherwise, our stay was great.

My husband and I were highly impressed by the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. The room appeared just like the photos on the listing. Easy checkin/check out. The view from our balcony was absolutely incredible! We will definitely be visiting watersedge again in the future!

Perfect stay…almost

The unit was clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the coffeemaker and had a brand new one with 10 minutes. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the WiFi router had to be rebooted every day. Would stay here again.

Nice and Clean

Everything was really nice! The only issue we had was that the rugs they used on the hard floors were very slippery and my pregnant wife almost slipped multiple times. Everything else was great so if they would remove/fix this safety hazard, it would be perfect! Still giving a 5 star review because that’s something that hopefully they can fix

3 days at the beach

The condo was extremely clean. The 2 full baths were great. Kitchen beautiful and fully stocked. The downside. Being seniors. We delight in sitting on the balcony in comfy chairs off and on from catching the sun rising to ending the day. With the balcony chairs provided, not a good choice for seniors and small children. I did see these in the photos but hoped, the chairs were exchanged. Sofa and chair cushions need to be replaced...upholstery fabric is fine. I enjoyed the area. Would stay again if had different balcony furniture.

Amazing condo with beautiful ocean view!

This condo was wonderful. The ocean view from the balcony is amazing, which was a must-have for us. It was just the right size for my family of four (including 2 small children). There is a hide-a-bed in the couch that we did not use, so technically it can hold 6 people, but we were comfortable with just 4. The door is opened with a keypad, which you can reset to numbers that you will remember. It was nice to not keep up with a key or card to get in the room. The beach access was also one of the best parts. We did not have to carry beach chairs to and from the beach everyday, as the chairs and umbrellas are supplied (on a first-come, first-serve basis). The condo is about 10-15 minutes from Destin. I definitely recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in Ft. Walton / on Okaloosa Island.

Beautiful view and clean!

The room was extremely clean with a most beautiful view of the ocean! So responsive to questions as well. There was an issue with a CO detecter and it was taken care of immediately. We highly recommend this unit for someone who is looking for a well taken care of unit with a gorgeous view.

Review for our stay

Overall this condo was perfect for me and my girlfriend. It was clean, easy to access the beach and had everything we needed in the condo for the most part. EXCEPT Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi did not work very well or at all really. It rained some days so we were stuck inside with nothing to do. We reached out the a number that was provided but we never heard back. The TV also did not function very well and needs to be updated.

Great stay

506 is a great unit. Very clean and updated. The view is great also. The only issue we had was that the ice maker didn’t work, otherwise this unit was awesome. The Waters Edge complex is very nice as well. The pool, elevators, walkways, etc are cleaned daily and well cared for. We had a great time during our stay.

Great for our family

Great location right on the beach and beautiful view being on the fifth floor! The unit is a bit dated, or what some might see as “not fresh” with cabinetry and flooring and stuff, but I wasn’t there to be inside and I don’t really care about that stuff anyway. The bottom bunk had been made but had tons of sand in it when my daughter slid in late that first night, but thankfully we had clean sheets that we weren’t using for the pull out. Vacasa was right on this and offered to bring new sheets the next morning. No big deal in my opinion (since we had the extra sheets). Ice maker didn’t work and there was no ice from previous stay as I assume they dump at cleaning. There were two ice trays under the kitchen sink I found, so we stayed on top of that to keep ice in the freezer for drinks. Beach service was awesome. Pool was awesome. Vacasa was great, both in responding to me, as well as in reaching out to assure all was well. I’d definitely return. FWB far less busy and commercialized than Destin, so it was perfect for family with young kids.
