Great 24/7 service and personable assistants that made the stay a breeze. Perfect location with an amazing view of both the pool and the beach with a safe area we would certainly stay at again. Everyone in the family loved it.

Great place on the beach and near plenty of places. The washer and dryer are not in the room. They are in a separate room and didn’t work at the time.

The condo was amazing! Very clean and the decor was so cute and beachy. The view from the balcony to the ocean was breathtaking. Our family would absolutely come back.

Great beach view and a deck to read a book. What more do you need. How about a sandy beach and clear blue water just steps away. We will be back for sure.

My experience wasn't ideal for several reasons... Communication: - we were notified 1 day prior to travel that water would be cut off for 4-5 hours during our stay- we received numerous automated messages from the company with little to no communication back when they were notified of the cleaning issues- we had to create an account on the company's portal to get our access codes to the condo- someone said they'd call me about my concerns in the unit (broken items and cleanliness) but I never heard from anyoneBroken items: - the handle to turn on water in the master shower is completely broken off making the shower unusable- front door seal is halfway off, dragging the ground, and a trip hazard in my opinion- the screen on the back slider is also off track and holding on by a thread- the bathtubs do not have working drains to keep water in the tubs; instead, it appears kitchen sink drain covers are provided (they don't work either from what I can tell)Cleanliness: - the 2nd shower that my family used (because the master wasn't working) had mold and mildew on the shower liner- overall, the unit appeared to not have been cleaned when we checked in (someone's hair stuck on walls in the bathroom, something red on the wall and counter)As a side note, there is not laundry available in the unit. Laundry is community and costs 2.50 per wash and 2.50 per dry. Personally, I would not stay in the this unit again. I wouldn't rent from RealJoy Vacations either.

When we got to our room, the front door made us want to turn around and run. Filthy dirty door. I have pictures. The sliding glass door out to the deck was maybe washed with a dirty rag. I have pictures. The window in the king bedroom had mold and filth on the ledge and runners. I have pictures. I don’t think the king rm bathroom floor was mopped. There was a bottle cap, rubber suction holder and sand on the floor. I would think a vacuum and mopping would have caught this. Black long hair in the tub. The day our beach was closed for reconstruction I have been told we will get reimbursed for chairs and umbrella. I haven’t seen it to my credit card yet, but I will give that a few days. The decor was cute, furniture nice, the view excellent. We weren’t told you would have to pay to do laundry. We loved the location but the whole bldg looks worn, especially the doors to each unit.

Condo was dirty. Sheets had stuff on them. Floor was full of sand and not swept. Couch had sand all over them and stains. Shower in master didn’t work, shower heads very old and out dated. Didn’t have enough shower towels. Dishes in cabinets were dirty. It’s such a cute location and very convenient. If it was cleaner and more up to date we would stay there again.

Was a good place for the money . Condos definitely need an upgrade. There is laundry onsite but they don’t work all the time.
