Stay in an original farmhouse built in 1849, nestled in a valley in N. Central Ohio. Snuggle in front of the fireplace in winter and sit back with a cool drink on the back porch in summer. Take long walks in the woods on the 160 acre property any time! Located close to Amish country, and local wineries. This farm house is recently renovated with all modern conveniences. Central air, forced air natural gas furnace, a natural gas fireplace, hardwood floors, wifi and enhanced lighting. Sleeps 11 guests. Located 20 minutes from Loudonville and Millersburg. Spend a day at Ohio's largest tourist attraction- Berlin. Great for bikers (of all kinds!) and is located 2 miles from the trail head for the Holmes County Trail. Pet friendly

We had a wonderful stay while in town for a wedding! It was a relief to find a pet friendly place nearby the venue so we could bring our dog who is unable to be left with a pet sitter. The home was spacious and comfortable and had everything we could have possibly needed to feel right at home. We hope to visit again in the future when we can make time to explore the area some more and enjoy the trails on the property!

We loved the quiet and secluded setting. There was alot of room and space for everyone. We loved the rustic feel of the house. We enjoyed the variety of games and puzzles. The couches and beds were comfortable.

Great hideaway

We enjoyed our stay in the rural setting after several days full of family gatherings. It was a great “hideaway” to unwind and relax.

We were in town for a wedding at the Mohican Treehouse Resort and the home was a great alternative to staying in a treehouse. The location was great and the house clean. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the area. Mark was very responsive to our questions.

The host was extremely patient and helpful with my lack of ability when it comes to anything having to do with computer technology. The house was charming and comfortable and the location is very quiet and peaceful. We fully enjoyed our stay, as did our cat Winnie.

Peaceful stay

Very nice and peaceful property. We really enjoye our stay. My dogs also enjoyed watching the horses across the street, which I think was the first for them.
