A perfect mix of traditional and modern, this house lies in a peaceful spot between Pollensa and Port Pollensa. The well tended garden is a delight to behold with lemon, olive and palm trees and a most unusually designed private pool 12 x 6 metres with mosaic tiled steps leading into the water. The house is accessed by the staircase to the side of the villa, the villa opens into the lounge-diner, decorated with contemporary furniture. Fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast table. Beamed ceilings throughout. There are 3 bedrooms all with air conditioning. 1 double with en-suite shower room and 1 double bedroom with en-suite full bathroom. There is also a twin bedroom and a separate shower room. There are lovely views to the open countryside in this quiet location. There is a new fantastic outside barbecue area which has recently been constructed. This also has is a large BBQ, fridge, dishwasher and kitchen area with dining table and chairs. There is a separate toilet and a shower area here too.

Garriga del villa

Wonderful property in an ideal location between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. Villa and outdoor area is great for families with older children. Would be even better if the living area had air conditioning as well as the bedrooms as it got very hot by the evening.

Villa garish

Beautiful villa in great location. Lovely deep pool and pretty garden. Well kitted out kitchen snd lovely bathrooms. Slightly strange layout of bedrooms but overall a really great villa. Unfortunately on 2 days the water supply failed but the owner worked v hard to fix it as quickly as possible and was very helpful.

Perfect location with great a

The property was wonderful. We were 4 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space. The house was large and the surrounding pool and gardens were plentiful. The outside bbq and entertaining area next to the pool were fantastic - sink, dishwasher, fridge freezer, large table, toilet and shower - a great addition next to the house. Port de Pollenca was within walking distance and a taxi back was only 10 euros. it was quiet, and away from the road, plus the nearest supermarket was 4min drive away. Overall the place was fantastic and we were sad to leave.

My Pollensa Idyll

This villa is very comfortable with a fabulous outdoor area. I found the beds very comfortable which is not always the case with villas in Pollensa. the Nord Villas staff could not have been more helpful and when an electrical storm interrupted Air Con supply on day one they remedied it within the hour. particular shout out to Vanessa who was tremendously helpful at all times for this trip and an earlier one at the same villa last year. also we booked our car through Nordvillas which was the best plan ever, as we avoided the inevitable hassle with claims that the incorrect insurance was not in place when collecting the car. Annie from Ireland September 2022 very little to improve here, the villa has an unusual configuration in relation to the bedrooms but we quickly got used to this. highly recommend this company and this property

Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub!

Toller Außenbereich zum gemütlichen Beisammensein. Große, geräumige Küche. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten gibt es zu bemängeln. Dinge wie der Wäscheständer oder das Besteck könnten mal erneuert werden. Frischhalteboxen für Wurst/Käse wären z.B. schön.

Garriga del villa

Absolutely fantastic villa which we enjoyed staying In. The pictures on the website don’t do this villa justice. Located in a nice quiet area with a beautiful outdoor pool and outside facilities. We loved our time staying here and would definitely return. The villa was lovely and clean with air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms. Plenty space with 3-4 bathrooms. Checking in was an easy process with key locked in a lock box at the main gate. Cleaners came twice over the 7 days we were there to make sure we had enough towels etc. we had a wonderful week staying here. Thank you.

Dejlig ferie i skønt hus

Huset var meget lækkert, og stemte overens med billeder på hjemmesiden. Specielt var vi meget glade for udendørskøkken, og de de øvrige udendørs faciliteter. Vi brugte stort set kun huset til at sove. Lækker pool, perfekt for os, men obs hvis man har mindre børn, da det var meget dyb og kun lille område, hvor man kunne bunde. Smukke rolige omgivelser, men stadig tæt på by og strand Ville helt sikkert komme igen

Impressive property

A clever combination of traditional and modern with plenty of space both inside and out. The well designed outside dining area was the perfect place to make the most of the warm weather. The pool is a very good size and even warm enough for a swim in October! It was lovely to be surrounded by the owner’s small holding with orange, lemon and walnut trees as well as the resident cockerel. The beds were comfortable and it was good to be able to heat the room. Both en suite bathrooms were superb although the third bathroom was a little tired. Having a shower and toilet by the pool was very convenient. It was a shame that we were not welcomed on arrival, Covid precautions were sited but that did not seem to be a problem later. This may have avoided initial communication problems which were ironed out and did not adversely affect our stay. I do feel it would be helpful if a text message could be sent before the arrival of people such as the owner and pool cleaner. We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Tolle Erholsame Zeit!

Die Finca war phantastisch, wie beschrieben! Der Poolbereich mit seinem gesonderten Grill- und Essplatz waren klasse! Die Wege zum Strand von Pollença oder aber auch zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren sehr kurz und gut. Ein Hinweis hätten wir: Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn solche Utensilien wie Klopapier, Spülmittel, Spüllappen, Spülmaschinentabs etc. vorrätig wären! Kann man bei dem Mietpreis verlangen. Ansonsten alles Top!

Superb villa in a great location for Pollensa and the Port Nordvillas very attentive with clear inst

Modern villa with great pool and outdoor areas great poolside relaxation zone Layout could have been an issue with the bedrooms being linked, but worked OK for us.

Poolanlage Schlafzimmer Ausblick Zentrale Lage Ein zweiter Esstisch auf einem der beiden Balkone würde hier helfen.
