Beautiful villa with fabulous garden and large grounds in peaceful setting

enjoyed our stay - beds comfortable, villa is really nicely appointed with lots of artwork on display. The pool is fantastic as is the covered gazebo adjacent with its comfy seating - the garden is possibly the best part of all as its so big and private you hear no other villas at all

This is a top quality property in an excellent location. The only downside was that our holiday ended and we had to leave.

Beautiful house with incredible views across to the mountains and ocean. Secluded location, quiet and peaceful save for the occasional peacock squark. We had a wonderful holiday with kids enjoying the pool, and dinner on the veranda.Master suite on the ground floor with huge bathroom, upstairs a twin room and family bathroom, then second double bedroom with en suite. All spacious and good storage. Downstairs a huge living/dining space, and separate kitchen. Some things provided - small hotel sized shampoo/body wash and soap was appreciated, as was a pack with a small washing up liquid and cloth. It’s a beautiful home, and Joan was helpful with management whilst the owner Miguel sorted an issue with one of the shower nozzles.As with most places in Spain and Italy, they don’t seem to use shower curtains so water tends to get everywhere!Only issues are the ants. It would be virtually impossible to stop ants getting in the house as it’s a country house, but it got progressively worse as the holiday went on and they got into every cupboard, shelf, even the washing machine despite our efforts to eliminate them. We had to store all food including dried goods in the fridge. We’d suggest they get lots of Tupperware for people to put food in to avoid these problems. It’d be good to have the pool cleaned halfway through the week or had access to a pool cleaning machine as it was visibly in need of a good clean by the end of the week. Pool towels would also be appreciated.

A fabulous villa in a superb location, surrounded by wonderful terraces and gardens. There are peacocks, frogs and goats (bring ear plugs if a light sleeper) You feel very secluded but are only about 12 minutes from towns. The pool is big, the terrace with table tennis table a lovely retreat on hot days. The villa was spotlessly clean. There is no local information in the house at all - and no games or books etc. There are no tabs for the washing machine or dishwasher, and no handsoaps - no welcome basket of any kind at all, so be prepared - these are small but much appreciated touches that would be expected in a house of this level. There are some miniature shower gels and a couple of toilet rolls. The beds are all good except the ground floor double which is in desperate need of replacement. The artwork in the house really adds a homely feel. Bear in mind the downstairs bedroom is on the other side of the house from the staircase to the upstairs bedrooms (I'm thinking smaller children here) and the house really is deceptively big. Communication with the host agent was brilliant. Always quick, helpful and informative. All in all a super stay, that I highly recommend, and we would return, as long as the bed was sorted!

Even better than the photographs!

Gosh this house is beautiful! And the garden is stunning! And the pool is heavenly! It’s better than the photos and in a super location for visiting the beautiful walled city of Alcudia and the beach & port at Pollença. It’s also the first house, hotel, B&B & villa I have ever stayed at where there was a diffuser attachment for the hairdryer (curly girls will know what a game changer that is)! Joan was great at communicating, entry and exit were simple and it was so kind of him to leave basic groceries in the fridge. A perfect holiday in a beautiful place where the only noises were the frogs, cicadas, goat bells and wild peacocks (which visited the garden now and then giving us an evening display of their impressive feathers). We loved it and have no doubt everyone else will too!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem wunderschönem Haus. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, toll angelegter Garten mit Grillplatz und Pool. Der Gastgeber reagiert umgehend auf Wünsche.Es wird nicht unser letzter Besuch gewesen sein. Vielen Dank für alles.

Super Haus und Lage. Der Vermieter war sehr nett. Die Automatik der Pool und Grillbeleuchtung ging anfangs nicht, hat der Vermieter dann aber neu eingestellt, als er am 2. Tag vorbei kam.

Magnificent view and beautiful surroundings

Lovely villa in the Tramuntana mountains. Very nice garden and magnificent view. A bit narrow road going up to the villa. Nice and helpful owner and manager. We really enjoyed our stay.
