Enjoy this Direct Oceanfront Breakers Villa, Deluxe one bedroom, one bath villa. It features a King one bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. This condo is best suited for two people, but does sleep 3-4 maximum. This has a full kitchen with all new appliances, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and its own washer and dryer. There is a closet with hangers for hanging clothes. Enjoy relaxation from sunrise to sunset on your own private balcony directly facing the Ocean. Our oceanfront Breakers villa has been completely renovated (Jan 2025), decorated and updated with new EVERYTHING. High speed secure private WI-FI. Desk with charging station and view of the ocean while you work remotely. 65" Smart TV. I take pride in my Breakers condo and hope that all my rental guests will enjoy it. I want my guests to be completely happy and remain loyal guests for many years to come. Book early and secure your favorite week.

Oceanfront Breakers is located in the beautiful Forest Beach area and I believe this Hilton Head Island Oceanfront property offers the most beautiful beach on Hilton Head Island. Activities include HEATED swimming pool, Toddler pool. Superb golf and tennis (nearby), wonderful spas, Deep Sea Fishing, Children's fun water park within walking distance. Miles of bike paths. Putt putt golf and shopping galore. This recently renovated direct oceanfront Breakers Villa is located across from Coligny Plaza, where you will find many shop's and wonderful restaurant's with live entertainment.

Highly recommend

Love the condo. So perfect for the two of us and so close to everything. The king bed is very comfortable. I really liked the hands free toilet flush. The beach is just steps away.

Great "On The Beach" Unit!

The recent remodeling was terrific! Great location - direct beach view from the 2nd floor. Close to everything - restaurants, shops, bikes, etc. Good communication with the property owner - Jennifer. Convenient parking.

Very satisfied

The unit was remodeled and well equipped. The location is great for those that wish to be walking distance to Coligny activity yet private with an unobstructed ocean view. The bed was excellent but I missed my pillow.

This condo has it all!

Not only is the view unbeatable, but this newly renovated condo is perfection! Jennifer, from start to finish was the perfect host. She answered any and all questions immediately. The furnishings in this home are top quality and the location is ideal for getting to stores, restaurants, golf and bike trails. We will be back!

Beach getaway

The location of this condo was facing the beach and a short walk from the ocean. We enjoyed the balcony and spent every morning drinking our coffee watching the ocean. It was that he perfect place for a quick getaway and very conveniently located to shopping, dining and the beach.

Smiling faces, beautiful places.

Vacationing on Hilton Head Island is always a great time and this place made it even better. The view of the beach is spectacular and the close proximity to everything was unbeatable. The condo is clean and comfortable. The host is very friendly and if needed responds quickly. I can’t wait to come back!

Great location and view!!

This condo has a fabulous view of the ocean. It is in a great location. Right across the street from Coligny Plaza which has lots of restaurants and shopping. We parked our car on the day we arrived and didn’t get in it again until the day we left. Would stay here again!

Fun at Hilton Head

The property met all my expectations ….. great view of the ocean, proximity to the water and other nearby places of interest, very comfortable / convenient furnishings, and an extremely responsive & friendly hostess who answered any questions I had previous to check in. I’ll definitely recommend this rental to others.

Great location!

This property was perfect for me and my husband. It’s all about the location. The bed Was very comfortable and the view amazing. Although small it was all we needed for a few relaxing days at the beach. Just across the street from dining and shopping and an easy walk to the pool and beach.

Review

I have to say the owner of the condo was very responsive when I had any concerns. However, the place was filthy and it was nothing like what was shown on Vrbo. Would never stay in that area again in Hilton head.

Perfect Location!

Great location! Steps to the beach with a great balcony. Restaurants &. Entertainment a very short walk! Due to the view & location very little time spent in condo - it allows you to take full advantage of the beach!

I moved to Hilton Head Island from Indiana in June 2014. I have been vacationing at The Breakers since 1987. My family owned a condo here since they were built. I have always wanted to own one and finally purchased Unit 238 in August 2008.

The weather is wonderful and the beach is the most beautiful on Hilton Head Island. Right next door to the Tiki Hut on the Beach and Pool Bar Jims. Everything you need is within walking distance. Condo has been completely updated. We have brand new elevators.
