Good oceanfront property. We always enjoy staying here and n isna good value. Water pressure not great but probably that way on entire property. Only suggestion is remodel bath as a walk in shower and mattress though acceptable, shows wear over the few years as.opppsed when was new. Would book again. Best property I have found.

Perfect location, loved having my morning coffee on the balcony and watching / listening to the ocean. The condo was very clean and had everything a family needs. The host was wonderful, responds right away and very caring. The place is right on the beach and next to shopping , dining and parks. Definitely we’ll come back and highly recommend it. The perfect family vacation with kids. They’ll be busy every day.

Breakers #238 was great. Fantastic condo, very updated and is in a perfect location. I had a few questions and they were quickly answered. I highly recommend #238.

This was our second time staying at the breakers and first with Jennifer. The room was fantastic with a great view of the ocean from the balcony. The area was tidy and well kept. The amenities were great and there is plenty of space to relax and unwind. You may even get to see some deer wandering foraging or lying down to sleep in the area between the breakers and the ocean. Jennifer was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Jennifer in the future and would recommend her to others.

Dirty towels left in gatbafe bag. Refrig and dishwasher smelled of fish or fish bait. Decor and location were wonderful.

This condo is very nicely renovated and in a beautiful location; super close to Coligny! The view of the water is amazing. We had a great week in Hilton Head!

We loved being so close to Coligny and the ocean. Loved the laundry in our place and our balcony. Renovations beautiful. Wish there had been a couple basic cleaning products available as I like to clean throughout the week, like the sink and toilet. Had to clean clogged drains in both bathroom sink and shower but otherwise this is 5 stars as these are such minor complaints!

Thank you! I am glad you enjoyed the condo. When I go down, I leave cleaning products under the kitchen sink, but I just don’t think anyone ever replaces them in between. Maybe I’ll talk to my Cleaning Company about adding that service. Thanks again.

This is a lovely condo. It has nice new appliances, comfortable furniture, a great location and a wonderful view. Having an in unit washer/dryer was great. The matress was wonderful (we should have checked the make!) The night guard was courteous and very helpful when we arrive in the rain. I would recommend this rental.

It was very humid outside and the smell of mildew hit us in the face upon walking in the door. Dust and hair from past stays everywhere. Mold on the bathroom ceiling vent. Kitchen and living room were somewhat clean but bedroom and bathroom were definitely not properly cleaned. The entire condo obviously hasn’t been deep cleaned ever. Very, very small. Pictures and listing are deceiving. Definitely not “luxury” in the least. Light in bathroom fan fixture did not work. Bathroom outlet was messed up and a hazard to plug anything into. There were 2 of us staying and we were given only 2 washcloths total to use for 4 nights. I think only 3-4 towels total. We had to use the washing machine after the first night just to have enough washcloths to take a shower. Everything I put in the washer came out with a disgusting brown goop on it. We ended up having to buy washcloths and towels just to get through vacation. Has been remodeled somewhat but I would explain it as “putting lipstick on a pig”. The living room and kitchen were very nice but bathroom and bedroom were painted and called “remodeled”. The Breakers are all very small and overall outdated. No actual desk or staff on site other than parking lot security, but they were all very kind and helpful when needed. Overall, would not recommend this condo. Way overpriced and not clean enough to feel comfortable. I gave 2 stars because the location to Coligny was convenient, check in was easy, and security staff were all kind.

Everything was perfect. The newly redone condo gorgeous. Absolutely beautifully done. Everything was very clean and the few from the condo is amazing. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come back to the same spot again.

Great beachfront property

We loved the view and enjoyed watching dolphins playing from our balcony. Great place for a couples getaway.

We have been renting from Jennifer for years. Great location for both beach activities and centrally located to area attractions. Great for kids and family!
