Outside, you will love the sun-filled, screened lanai with your very own, heated pool and outdoor dining area. Located in the beautiful Paradise Palms resort, guests will also have access to a state-of-the-art clubhouse and tropical lagoon, movie theater, fitness center, playgrounds, game room, Tiki bar, volleyball court, basketball court, and tennis courts.

Spend a day or more at Walt Disney World, just seven miles from your front door, or visit Shamu at SeaWorld only 13 miles away. Universal Orlando, featuring the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, is only 18 miles away, while Disney Springs, an outdoor shopping, dining, and entertainment complex for the whole family can be found in Bay Lake, just 11 miles northeast.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
A crib is provided for younger guests.
A damage waiver, covering up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
