A bike ride from the beach

A 2 mile bike ride down a scenic road to the beach, close to UNCW, the Mayfair district, less than a mile away from Wrightsville Manor wedding venue and across the street from Arlie Gardens. 1-2 minute drive to the nearest grocery store, shopping and restaurants in Lumina Station. This recently renovated two story townhome is furnished with a beach theme. Sheets, towels, internet and cable are provided along with everything you need to prepare your own meals. A true home away from home. There is a 30% discount for monthly rentals, 10% for weekly rentals.

The space
Sleeps 9 using the queen- sized pullout sofa in living room. Fenced in patio area to hangout or grill. Gas grill ready to BBQ Burgers or fresh Carolina Shrimp. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking and serving dinner at home. Washer & dryer located on the 1st floor and two beach cruiser bikes for your use. Comes with two parking spaces. Front door has electronic deadbolt with a code for easy access.

Bike ride
Beautiful ride down Airlie Rd to C. Heide Trask Bridge. Nice Restaurants and bars to stop on Airlie. Once you pass Bridge Tender on the right off Airlie Rd., jump on the under pass which brings you to the bridge. About 2.6 miles and 18 min ride. Enjoy!

Beautiful condo in a great location

Great place to stay….condo was spotless and nicely decorated. Beds were all very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Location is great in close proximity to shopping, restaurants and the beach! Host was wonderful and accommodating!! Would highly recommend!!

Nice Getaway!

Accommodations were very clean, spacious, and as described. Great Location! Close to restaurants, shopping, beach. The property owner was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely book again!

Great location and so close to the beach.

We rented the property for a wedding. Easy convenient to the Wrightsville Manor and beach. Loved the flamingos and palm trees ! Wished they lit up!

Whimsical condo in convenient location

Fun, whimsical condo close to Wrightsville Beach, UNCW, and downtown. It was very well equipped with all the essentials and a bonus of two bikes! We stayed here for a long weekend for dorm move out at UNCW and the condo was convenient to campus, the beach, and downtown. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful!

Great house

The property was just a nice looking as the pictures. The house was clean and very well stocked with sheets, towels, and household essentials. In great proximity to dining, the beach, and activities. The owner was very responsive. Would love to stay again.

Location,

It’s close to the airport, the wedding venue we went to, restaurants, not even 10 mins to the beach ! It’s a perfect location if you don’t care that your not on the beach! The owner was very accommodating and told us we could even get in earlier since it had been already cleaned. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again !

We got to the property easy entry great location and townhome was very clean . We had everything we needed right in the home. Steve got back to me immediately with any questions. Will definitely go and stay again. The location was ideal.

Great place

Had everything we needed-we had a wedding in Arlie gardens which we walked to! We took our bikes to the beach…one warning… there is not a bike path to the beach, but it is only 2 miles. The bikes are not in the best condition (my chain fell off and it didn’t shift well). I totally enjoyed having 3 full bathrooms!!
